As the sun rose over the Bahamas, it brought with it all the signs of rain...

Oh, who are we kidding? It was another warm and sunny day here at Atlantis, and with everything at the resort reset and ready, all that was needed were guests ready to go out and have an amazing day.

Jaime had spent part of the morning just sitting around and smiling a bit goofily. This wasn't particularly unusual, so it was entirely possible that no one noticed.

He still had a hard time believing the luck of getting stuck in a room with Tony. He was so going to pick the guy's brain about Dinah... Hey! Maybe Tony had incriminating photos! That'd be awesome!

Hoshi was getting ready for a day at the beach, which meant she was trying to decide which books to put in her beach bag. Sadly, they wouldn't all fit.

So far, so good. Jack had not had any more confrontations with his roommate for the week; he was celebrating by sipping some coffee and admiring the view.

Endless miles of white sand beach stretch as far as the eye can see. Lounge chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and bar-side swings are available to all guests of Atlantis.

Bod hadn't spent much of his time just relaxing on the beach but today felt like the day for it. Pulling off his shirt and donning his sunglasses was the easy part. The harder part was trying to get the sunscreen on all areas of his pale skin.

He was not a flexible guy by any nature but he knew that, if he spent more than hour out in the sun, he'd be redder than a tomato and uncomfortable to boot. The twisting and turning made for a comical scene at the very least.

Yeah, Kate started the day on the beach again. She'd also had nightmares, again.

Today she alternated between lying on a towel and actually spending time in the water, wading around and enjoying the waves.

Today Angela decided to spend time on the beach, since that seemed to be what everyone was into anyway. Sitting on a lounge chair with her hat on to protect her sensitive skin from the sun, she had to admit this wasn't so bad.

At least not until she looked down at her arm and found that she was already turning pink. Seriously? Could this vacation do nothing right?

Since his first trip to the beach had proven fun, Jonas was back out there again, still energetic from what he'd done yesterday. He didn't stay on the sand too long, wanting too much to be in the water, wading through the waves and ducking down to get his hair wet.

Jack made it down to the beach early today, in part because he hadn't slept much. Lotion smeared over his fair skin, he sat on a towel and picked through the sand around him for shells as he hopefully watched for the stand selling drinks in hollowed-out fruit to open.

He'd wade into the water a little later -- possibly after one of said tropical drinks.

Another day, another book to read on the beach. Griff was enjoying all of this far more than he was willing to let on. Maybe there was something about the sand.

Dinah had a few bruises from her spar with Tahiri yesterday, but they'd been totally worth it. Still, time to rest up and let the sun fade a few. Also, fruity little pineapple drinks were awesome.

Layla sat on the beach, her swimsuit under her tank top and shorts and her nose buried in her favorite book.

Every once and a while she would she would look around and check out the sights and sounds of the beach but for the most part she was reading.

Max was up early as he had a number of errands to run before he had agreed to meet with 'Dite. Surprises didn't make themselves, after all.

Still, he'd allotted himself plenty of time so that he wouldn't have to rush around. No point in getting tired before his date, after all. The fact that it would also let him spend some time talking with anyone he ran into? Well, that was just a bonus.

And, of course, eventually he'd have everything done, and he'd be meeting the goddess. All in all, it was a good day to wander around the beach wearing nothing but a pair of shorts.

Sookie was almost afraid she'd just fall right asleep in the sun, she was so comfortable. The only reason it seemed like a bad idea was because she wanted to tan evenly, anyway.

It was a good thing she'd remembered to bring a little egg timer. Oh, people might mock, but she was smart for it. Or at least she thought so.

Effy wasn't in for lying around in the sun, mostly because she'd end up a vibrant shade of pink if she did. Wandering in the surf worked for her, though, and she could always stretch out and doze under an umbrella a little later.

Karla ignored the lounge chairs. The times when she wasn't out swimming in the ocean, she was happily relaxing on a towel down on the warm sand. Life was good.

It felt a little lazy to go out onto the beach and do nothing but lie down and soak up the sun, but Morgana wanted to enjoy the sunlight as much as she could while they were still in a place where it was warm, and where no one would complain about her wearing a bikini.

Hint: The same guy who had gotten his new favourite witch in the universe to put a glamour on him so that his wings wouldn't be visible. And that guy was fully intending to do something that he'd never done in his life, today.

Damn straight. Warren was working on getting himself a tan.

The Bahamas were now officially awesome.

Up early again, Jaina spent a good part of her morning at the fitness center before getting clean and heading down for breakfast. Getting a plate from the buffet, she found a nice spot not far from the water where she could watch the rays.
