Savor a Greek iced coffee and frozen yogurt before setting sail to Hydra Island where we can enjoy lunch, snorkelling, and paddleboarding at a serene bay. Take a water taxi to the charming main town, exploring its old streets and hidden bays. End the day with a captivating Hydra sunset, an unforgettable experience!

While everyone back in Fandom was getting yet another bout of cold weather, the folks in Athens were enjoying a beautiful first full day of vacation!

We start the morning with breakfast on the beach of Aegina, then exploring the Temple of Aphaia, a stunning artifact dating back to 500BC, before we set sail to our next stop: Ermioni. We'll back in the downwind breeze and indulge in refreshing swims with a relaxing lunch stop at that tiny unnamed island in the center of the map. In the afternoon, we'll explore the charming Ermioni town by the port and find a cool beach with clear blue waters. Jump in for a swim or chill under the shady trees. As the sun sets, we'll gather for an awesome evening with cocktails and dancing. Opa!

Thanks to the magic of portals, we arrive in Greece in the morning, giving us that time to explore Athens before we set sail after lunch. Head to the Acropolis, a hilltop citadel with ancient buildings and a Greece must-see, or get lost in the cobbled streets before heading to the marina. We set sail from our marina in the afternoon, heading to the ancient village of Aegina. Get to know your NPC crew as you spend the afternoon paddleboarding and swimming in crystal-clear water. In the evening, indulge in a Greek feast and drinks while bonding with your fellow sailors.

The last full day in the Maldives began without any multiverse-enforced things on anyone's body, huzzah! The spooky lighthouse had gone away with the sunrise, as well.

However, now everything smelled like coconut.

And there was something funky going on with the beach. It was longer, for a start. And the new part... was looking interesting.

The sun was setting! Could you take your sunglasses of now?

Well, yes.

But if you did, another pair reappeared in their place immediately after.

And if a minor inconvenience turning into a slightly bigger inconvenience at nightfall wasn't enough to get you in some kind of a discombobulated mood... There was also the sudden appearance of an abandoned lighthouse that was now sitting at the far end of the island.

It was Halloween season, after all!

Well, the gummy bear rain had gone away again, as had the ugly Hawaiian shirts and swimwear - unless they had been someone's own genuine shirt/swimwear, in which case... Sorry about all the slander against their taste?

Anyway, yes, the ugliness was gone but apparently now the multiverse was concerned about proper eye protection, because Thursday morning saw people waking up with sunglasses they couldn't take off. Hope they were at least nice ones!

Also, unrelated, but the pool was full of Jello.

'Twas yet another beautiful and exactly-right sort of day on Voavah Island. The ocean was a perfect blue, the palm trees swayed, and every. single. person. on the island woke up wearing the ugliest Hawaiian shirt (or swimwear) they could imagine.

The rooms they woke up in were also a little... weird...

The second day of vacation was upon all Fandomites currently in the Maldives, and what a glorious, sunny day it was!

Unless of course you preferred the great indoors, in which case what a glorious air-conditioned day in the shade it was.

The nice thing about this time of year in the Maldives was the weather. The less great part was that the stunning sunset happened before 6pm.

But the party didn't stop just because it got dark ~~and ping notifications weren't going through~~! It's Lobster Night tonight!

The portal has dropped us onto Voavah, our private island for the week. The weather is sunny with a slight breeze and photogenic fluffy clouds overhead. We're going to hover around 80 degrees F/27 degrees C for the entire week--the temperature doesn't drop as the sun goes down. We've just missed the afternoon rainstorm, so everything is a little wet and the flowers smell amazing. Welcome to the Maldives!

The sunset tonight was spectacular, especially if you caught the ferry from the city over to Lévis because then your photographs had the city skyline in them. If that was too much effort, Québec City was beautiful from wherever you were!

It was a sunny, perfect day today. You might not even need your trapper hats! As a bonus, the school had rented a double-decker Hop On Hop Off bus so you could accidentally leave them there! Do not throw them from the bus. People would yell at you in French and English.

It was a perfectly crisp autumn afternoon when Fandom arrived at the literal castle they would be checking into for their stay in Québec. The portal trip had been blessedly without complications and Anakin was holding the buffalo check trapper hat that the Portalocity gnomes insisted came free with every trip to Canada under his arm. He'd be trying to lose it later, but everyone else could do what they liked with their hats.

"Check into your rooms," he said, gesturing to the front desk, "and then you may do some quiet and polite exploring of the city this evening. I expect to see you in the lobby bright and early tomorrow for breakfast and then some educational tours! You too, teachers."

Or just avoid eye contact with the dean and enjoy your trip!

Yeah, it's pretty obvious that tonight is the last night in the Springtime Winds Hotel. Despite the valiant efforts of the day, there's no saving this beautiful resort. But that's no reason to be sad! Well, unless you really like luxury, comfort, peace, and quiet, in which case, yeah, there are several reasons to be sad. Either way, you might as well enjoy one last night of it, and Anakin will not be listening to your complaints.
