Atlantis Resort - Tuesday [Nightlife]

Once the sun had gone down at Atlantis, it was time for the real fun to begin. The DJs had their music prepared, the bar was fully restocked, and the casino was more than ready to take everyone's money. Tonight would not be the night to go to bed early...unless you had someone to join you.

Royal Towers

Tara was tired from being in the sun all day, and a little pink as well. She was sure she'd be dragged out again soon enough, but for now she was happy to sprawl out with a bag of chips and a bad movie on the television.

Tahiri was willing to play the risk of Alex coming back to the room drunk if it meant his being out at the bar was going to give her a few hours of peace; she spent it curled up on her bed, drafting up a long and detailed report about everything that had gone on over the past year with Riina and the personality merge, and the perspective it gave her now.

She suspected it wouldn't go terribly well that she'd kept that information from them for so long, but she wasn't a little kid any more. Consequences? She could deal with that.

Momoko opened the door as quietly as she could in case Robin was inside. Moving quickly to her side of the room, she finally dropped onto her bed backwards, still holding onto her bags of souvenirs, clothes, snacks, funny hats, maps and those totally cute shoes from that shop near the casino.

"Ah hahaha!" She squealed and wriggled happily on the bed. "A whole warm day of shopping, eating, and just having fun! And still more tomorrow! I love Spring Break!"

So much for being quiet. If anyone wanted her, Momoko would be on her bed, surrounded by bags and boxes, and gleeing over her purchases.

Aura Nightclub

Aura (http://www.atlantis.com/thingstodo/entertainment/auranightclub.aspx) is raised off the casino floor where a grand staircase leads into the Nightclub. DJs spin, illuminating the glass dance floor which is surrounded by banquette seating. Two bars, two VIP sections and a private VIP Parlour complete this intimate experience.

Gunn had given up trying to get into the VIP lounge this evening. Instead he was hanging out at the bar and trying to convince the DJ's to play some decent music.

So far his musical endeavors were falling short.

Hannibal had spent most of the day buried in sand but now he was showered, shaved and into his first drink of the night. Good start to a good night, he decided.

It was loud. That was Bod's first thought upon entering the nightclub. It was loud, bright and almost pulsing. It took Bod a moment to get his feet moving towards the bar where he could take a seat and order a drink.

He had no real plans to dance or even wander but for a lad that had never been in a place like this, it seemed like a good place to make observations.

Didi charmed her way into the VIP section and sat near the railings -- half because she thought it looked cool, half so she could wave anybody she knew in. High schoolers were way more interesting than the wannabes in VIP.

Harper was outside the nightclub entrance, glaring at the bouncers. Somehow, they claimed that she hadn't met the dress code to get in.

Overlooking miles of white sand beach with the blue ocean as its backdrop, the Beach Bar (http://www.atlantis.com/thingstodo/entertainment/barsandlounges.aspx) is a perfect open-air spot to enjoy refreshing cocktails and tropical drinks throughout the day and into the night.

After spending the day napping in a lounge chair, Griff had very little desire to do much more than hang out on the beach long into the night. He intended to take advantage of the warm air while he could, even if that involved a bit of people watching.

Enjoyed her last visit to one of these open air bars, so she was pretty confident she'd like this one too. Any place where she could lounge with a drink was a good place as far as she could tell.

Ellie did not feel like being indoors tonight. That would be why she was hanging out at the outdoor bar, enjoying the warm air and a drink.

Today was someone's 19th Birthday. And so, Hurley had handwavily invited people to come hang with him at the beach bar. It was beautiful there, and Hurley wondered if he couldn't spend more time on tropical beaches.

Poor boy would regret that birthday wish, eventually.

Somehow after the sun went down, Rose felt like Lissa should be there too. It was weird being at a expensive resort place without her. She didn't feel much like going into the nightclub, so Rose had a drink and was wearing Mat's earlier present with a cute dress. Just in case she felt like it later.

For now there were waves and stars and she wasn't entirely feeling like moving.

The bar was on the way to where Alex was going so that meant he could hang around a little while, drink some, talk a bit and drink some more. Worked for him.

After showering the sand out of his hair, Jack pulled on a linen shirt, jeans and sandals and wandered outside. He could pretend to be social, but really this was so Warren wouldn't think he'd emptied the minibar all by himself.

... again.

He kept an eye out on the bar, lightly smiling at people he knew.

Puck situated himself in the bar tonight, after the loudness of the club the night before. He found himself a beer and looked for a spot to people-watch.

Jaina was beginning to feel like someone was missing from her vacation, and it was nagging at her. She was still out though, where the people were, drink in hand, and if someone would distract her she'd love them forever. Or at least, she'd be nice to them for the moment.

Mat was back in the casino. The waitresses looked thrilled to see him again, the pit bosses less so.

In a half hour, he'd amassed several thousand dollars in winnings at the craps table.
