Atlantis Resort - Tuesday [Nightlife]

Once the sun had gone down at Atlantis, it was time for the real fun to begin. The DJs had their music prepared, the bar was fully restocked, and the casino was more than ready to take everyone's money. Tonight would not be the night to go to bed early...unless you had someone to join you.

"Yeah?" Puck asked, raising a brow at her and grinning. "I figured all hot girls deserve flowers for Valentine's Day. Glad you liked 'em."

"I did," she said, laughing almost self-consciously. "Flowers were -- this rare exquisite thing, where I grew up. So I opened the door and felt like a princess."

"I'll have to do it again," Puck decided, smiling a little more sincerely. "Most girls just like flowers 'cause, you know, they're pretty and shit. I didn't realize they'd be special for you."

"I have to remember they're cheap here," she said, blushing faintly. "I should have sent some out, myself. Flowers for everyone, go wild. So ... thank you. At least I'm still a cheap date, right?"

"Not technically," Puck pointed out. "Because if you recall, I believe we've just, you know, made out in a booth. So you're a cheap booth-maker-out...er, unless you'd be willing to go out with me at some point." He grinned at her.

"And really, I made out with you in a booth before the flowers," she said, "which makes me especially cheap. I'd love to. Any thoughts on where and when?"

"Well." Puck thought for a moment. "You want to go to a bar in Fandom, or somewhere awesome in the Bahamas? Because that's really what it comes down to, here."

"Call me crazy," Elena grinned, "but I'm leaning to awesome. You want to play with sharks? Nothing like a brush with danger to liven up a date."

"You already think it's gonna need livening up?" Puck clutched his hand to his chest dramatically. "Man, I'm off to a bad start here. But yeah, sharks sound perfect. As long as they don't eat us."

"Would you feel better if I brought a weapon?" she teased. "For use in case of shark attack? Sharks have nothing on handguns, but some guys get jumpy about a girl packing heat."

"And some think it's hot," Puck supplied, pointing at himself. Though it was hot in kind of an unnerving way. "But I think they'll get mad if you shoot a shark in the head. And more importantly, the sharks'll get all cranky and excitable with blood in the water."

"No gun, then," Elena grinned. "At least, not around sharks. I've never actually seen sharks close up before. No teasing if I get a fit of nerves."

There was something freaky about a non-sleeping vicious killer fish.

"I'll save you if it gets scary," he assured her, because that much he could do. "And don't worry, the closest I've ever been to a shark was like, the aquarium for field trips when I was a kid. It's not like I've kept one as a pet."

He'd still be totally stoic and cool about them, though, thank you.

"Aquariums are kinda new, too," she admitted. "I mean, we had them, just not where I grew up, and I never really went there after that. But I'm glad I'll have protection, if I can't bring my gun. And a pet shark would be fairly awesome."

Eating anyone who tried to break in, that'd be a definite plus.
