Nadia watched Parker in awe and stared around the store. She was trying and failing not too look too much like a homeless street kid who'd just won the lottery. The last time she'd been in a store like this, she'd been kicked out for wearing two pairs of jeans.

Parker cocked an eyebrow at Nadia, noticing the overwhelmed look on her face, but not wanting to push too hard. "So, do you know your size in the American system? You look like about a 4 or a 6."

Nadia scanned the store, looking for the rubber balls. She spotted the tower of balls and made a beeline for it. Maybe one or two of these along with the smaller super-balls?

"Now," she mutters softly. "How to get these back home secretly?"

Carrying her bags from Century 21, Veronica gleefully entered the toy store with Weevil.

"Check this place out!" she said, looking around in awe. "Look! A Ferris Wheel! Come on, let's go ride!"

After everyone had their tickets, Veronica dragged Weevil to the line. She handed the tickets to the attendant and they climbed into the Mr. Potato Head car.

"This is going to be great!"

Parker grabbed the next car, a Monopoly one, and shrugged at GOB, who she hadn't really talked to. "Get in, will you? Don't hold up the line!"

Weevil was silent as he sat beside Veronica. He'd never admit it, but, he was sort of having a good time. Besides, he didn't mind seeing Veronica so happy.

Nadia watched everyone pair up and climb onto the ferris wheel. She glanced around to see who else from their group was around, and, not spotting anyone, swallowed a sigh and climbed into a car with her bags.

"They are trying to rob us blind." Parker didn't sound too upset about it; if anything, she was amused. "Is this supposed to be gold-plate, or gold-filled?" she asked, stopping at a sidewalk vendor, and lifting a large gold ankh from the display velvet.

Nadia's in her element here. Street markets are pretty normal back in Buenos Aires, though usually she isn't shivering as she looks at the wares. "Most people shopping here probably don't care." Nadia admires some of the smaller saint medallions, including St. Christopher. "That's half the fun."

While the other people were considering that they could get ripped off here, GOB knew it was time to do business. He took off his jacket and removed the lining, revealing a selection of Dolex watches. He then set up shop in a convenient spot and tried to look nonchalant.
