GOB breathed a sigh of relief when he realized that he at least wouldn't be seeing his parents having sex through a window this time. "Come on! I wasn't even selling anything! I just have a lot of watches! I would have loaned you one!"
GOB paused. He had absolutely no explanation for why his hands would be covered in grease paint. And when there was absolutely no lie to tell, you should probably tell the truth in as vague terms as possible. "Yes?" he said confidently.

Re: Canal Street
The man started frisking GOB down until he noticed something on GOB's hands.
"Is this grease paint? The kinds mimes wear?"

Re: Canal Street
"You wouldn't happen to be the guy who mugged a sullen mime who probably broke the heart of a sweet and innocent girl?"

Re: Canal Street
The man faltered for a second and let GOB go.
"All right! I'm letting you off easy this time because you did the city a public service. But if I see you down here again..."
Re: Canal Street
GOB had a strange suspicion that he knew this guy from somewhere else, though. He could have sworn this guy had a big name or something.
