Parker shrugged. "Or not. For something more casual, the pendant's fine. It's pretty. Although have of Fandom High wears them, I think," she said, her tone dry. "The local vampire population being what it is."

Veronica chuckled. "Yeah, well, that's why Weevil bought it for me. Though, I don't wear it all the time because I'd hate to accidentally hurt Angel."

"Definitely. See how they look on, though." Parker tapped a finger on her lower lip. "He's gone and wandered off. I'm going to have to track down Jarod and get him some Armani at some point here."

She went back in to the dressing room and put the shoes on.
