The skies over Atlantis were clear and bright with just a few puffy white clouds to give that feeling of perfection in the very air. In the night, the resort had been reset, everything fresh and new, from smooth beaches to full buffets. Whatever the Fandomites hearts desired was there and ready for the taking!

An incredibly relaxing night with Robin had almost made Fraser forget about the paint on his nails (and toes). Of course, since he was currently wrapped around Robin, warm and asleep, he'd pretty much forgotten that it was there now too.

He'd regret that later.

Mirax slept till noon today. Noon. And even then she only got up because her body was rejecting more sleep. But that didn't mean she couldn't just lay here in the nice comfy big queen sized bed for a while, right?

Vacations ruled.

Endless miles of white sand beach stretch as far as the eye can see. Lounge chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and bar-side swings are available to all guests of Atlantis.

After a day spent exploring the island, Ino was sprawled out on a lounge chair soaking up the heat for a goodly while.

Every now and then she'd go for a swim, yes. If she didn't then she got too fidgety. Even with people watching avidly.

Hinata knew better than to take off her sunglasses while out on the beach--this was not Fandom, her white-on-white eyes would stick out and she had no interest in spending her day explaining that they were contact lenses.

Which, of course, was a lie. But, Hinata judged that it would be easier to explain that way.

She tucked herself under an umbrella, with a book, and quite content to read while absently fiddling with the sand. Yes, she was wearing a bathing suit.

... Yes, she had her coat on (unzipped, at least) over it.

Hannibal was back on the beach again today but he didn't plan on staying any longer than a few hours this morning. There was so much to do and while laying around was tempting, he couldn't resist the pull of some of the more adventurous activities.

For now, he was sprawled on the sand, remembering to both apply sunscreen and to slide his sunglasses on. Didn't need any sunburn this week.

Jaina tried sitting out on the beach for about five minutes before becoming hopelessly bored. How people could lay out for hours, she had no idea. If she'd had work to do, it probably would have been fine, but without it, meh. Instead, she got herself a lemonade and found a bar swing, wondering how long it would be before she had to wander off and do something.

Not that she still hadn't been sore once she'd left the spa, but Kennedy wasn't going to let a minor detail like that stop her from getting her daily training routine in.

Didi was under an umbrella, and her paler-than-pale legs were covered with a towel. (The Goth thing took work, okay?) She had a bottle of soda to sip from as she watched the waves roll in.

Kate had spent most of Monday in the shade, nursing a hangover, because on Sunday evening she'd opted for passing out instead of going to sleep.

She didn't regret it. The nightmares she'd had last night made sure of that, and she was almost considering getting drunk again today.

But it was still morning, and she was at the beach, on her stomach on a towel, wearing her black-and-red checkered bikini and her sunglasses, with some random gossip rag for company and entertainment.

Dinah was out on the beach again before heading over to the dolphins, and maybe the spa. You couldn't let sunshine like this go to waste! For now there was tanning, but body-surfing would be happening again as soon as she got to a nicely toasted temperature.

Another day, another several hours spent on the beach. Priestly actually hit the water, today, after a nice long nap in the sun, standing knee deep and letting the waves smack into him.

Today Leda was wearing a black bikini (the only one she owned really), under a mostly see through sleeveless blouse and short cream colored wraparound skirt. It was like every day she was getting more comfortable with the clothing thing.

Someday she might even go swimming.

She was still wearing that wrist band though.

Robin for some reason had a smear of sunblock on his face where his nose would have been if he had one. He was also wearing a swimsuit that was a slightly different shade of green than he was. With a towel draped over his shoulders, and a wee tiny lounge chair tucked under his arm, he made his way to a nice spot on the beach.

With a few small children following after, fascinated.

Alex had spent part of the morning exploring part of the island and decided to trek down to the beach and spend the rest of her day down there. She'd changed into a suit (http://www.2snaps.tv/files/images/selena-gomez-bikini-1-01.large.jpg) and grabbed a couple beach towels and promptly sprawled out on the sand.

Anakin had not missed the sand, but the sun beating down overhead? That he'd longed for in a tiny part of his brain he'd carefully locked away until he could indulge himself in such matters.

After spending much of the morning spending the completely ridiculous tidy stack of chips he'd won at the casino yesterday on jewelry (because it was pretty and made girls smile) and clothing (because he was a bit of a clothes horse), Mat was back on the beach, under his hat.

Then there are times where a gang leader/vampire hunter decides it's important to imbibe cold drinks on the beach and watch fine looking girls in their bathing suits.

You can guess which one Gunn was doing.

Rose knew she should be taking advantage of all the stuff that looked totally awesome here at the resort, but she couldn't really summon the energy to do any of it.

Instead she'd wandered down the beach a bit - sunshine still beckoned strongly, away from the bar and most of the people. She sat on the sand, pulling her knees up to her chest as she watched the waves, totally lost in her thoughts.

After some time on the beach, Didi decided to hit the multiplex and take in February 14.

It might not be, strictly speaking, a good movie, but it was cute and fuzzy and made her happy. Love stories were always fun.
