Atlantis Resort - Tuesday [Rooms & Activities]

The skies over Atlantis were clear and bright with just a few puffy white clouds to give that feeling of perfection in the very air. In the night, the resort had been reset, everything fresh and new, from smooth beaches to full buffets. Whatever the Fandomites hearts desired was there and ready for the taking!

"I don't know what you're talking about," he said, already trying to twist out of bed so he could launch himself at his suitcase to put some socks on.

"Either someone painted your nails, or you're sick," she replied, shaking her head.

"Perhaps I'm sick," he said smartly, tumbling out of bed and crawling to his suitcase now. "I have felt a little under the weather lately."

"You aren't sick," she replied, shaking her head. "Why are you so embarrassed?"

"I'm not embarrassed," he said, tugging a pair of socks and a long sleeved (long enough that it covered his hands) on. "I'm just chilly."

"In the Bahamas?" she asked, confused.

"We are inside," he pointed out, trying to shiver for good measure.

"I don't believe you. And here I was going to offer to find you some polish remover," she tsked.

"You're just storing up all your laughter," Fraser accused. "I know you."

"I just want to know how it happened," she said, smiling at him.

"You can't guess?" he asked, frowning at her.

"I would guess someone talked you into it and you didn't say no," she guessed, "but there's got to be more to it."

"...no, that's pretty much it," he said and blushed fiercely.

Robin snorted, then tried to cover. "Sorry. Okay. Want me to take it off for you? Because, yeah, that's hilarious but you can't keep your hands hidden the rest of the trip. Dude, how did I not notice?"

"You were very focused on gambling and then sex," he pointed out. "I was able to keep my hands in my pockets, under bubbles and then you didn't care."

"You were crafty," she accused. "I would have noticed, no matter how distracted I was."

"Well, you did notice," he pointed out, gesturing to his hands. "You just noticed in a delayed fashion."

"That explains why you wouldn't take my hand last night." Yep, just now dawning on Robin. "That manicurist must've been really persuasive."

"Or perhaps I'm just too nice," he groused. "It's hard to say no to such nice people."

"You are really, really nice," she said, smiling at him affectionately. "This time it means you earned some jerk nails. They're really pretty."

"Jerk nails?" he asked, frowning. "I'm no jerk."

"Well, duh, or I wouldn't be marrying you," Robin pointed out. "But women know to be wary of dudes whose nails look too nice. Like Barney's."

"What if it's accidental?" Like his were. "Would women listen to something like that?"

"Well, this one will," she offered.

"Please help me get it off," he requested, grimacing at the appearance of his nails. "It's making me self conscious."
