Kohala Coast, Hawaii - Morning & Afternoon - Friday - February 25th
With only two days of vacation left, time was running out for the guests to enjoy the blue skies and warm ocean breeze of Hawaii. Luckily, there were still plenty of things to do at the resort, for anyone who wasn't worn out from all the fun yet!

The Orchid Court
Re: The Orchid Court
She spotted Bobby at breakfast and waved.
"Are those any good?" she asked.
No, Rinoa. He was scarfing them down because they sucked.

She was going to take a moment to fidget with her orange juice glass before adding, "I, uh, wanted to thank you for letting us kick you out of the room last night."
Re: The Orchid Court
Bobby was rapidly approaching full-on babble mode, here.
Re: The Orchid Court
Rinoa was going to let that trail off and poke at her eggs.
"Anyway," she said, with a forced brightness, "she cheered things up a little and I'm feeling better."
And therefore, everything was totally fine. Honest.

The Orchid Court
If there were any jaw drops or outraged gasps, it was because she'd found something pairing her either with an ex, or someone who possibly could have been an ex, or a girl friend, and there were some she would just pretend she didn't exist entirely.
And the sudden, "I DO NOT DO THAT," was the result of her reading something dirty involving her out of morbid curiosity that she really shouldn't have.
[HAD TO.]
Re: The Orchid Court
"You didn't do what?"

Re: The Orchid Court
"Anatomically possible? What are you -- oh, kriff. You," she said, leaning against the back of a nearby chair, eyes widening, "cannot possibly be that bored."
Tahiri had recently discovered fanfic. It was a horrifying enough experience to leap to that conclusion.

Re: The Orchid Court
She hadn't discovered the RPF section yet, okay? Her brain also refused to go to the place where those two concepts meshed.
Re: The Orchid Court
Yes being a public figure sucked sometimes. Like now.
Re: The Orchid Court
There was just going to be some sputtering now. It was required.
"People write stories like that about you?"
Yeah, Tahiri was extra grateful to be a much lower-profile figure now.

Whirlpool
Which was why he was hiding in the whirlpool (with his sunglasses on because light was clearly evil), hating everything, but especially fanfiction writers.
And tequila. He also hated tequila.
Re: Whirlpool
When she walked into the whirlpool area and saw someone was there, she started to say a polite "Excuse me," then realized it was Anakin and turned an interesting shade of crimson, quickly spinning around and squeezing her eyes shut. "I am sorry, Professor Skywalker, I did not mean to disturb you," she said quickly.
Re: Whirlpool
Anakin cracked open one eye. "Hello, Raven," he said. "You didn't disturb me."
Re: Whirlpool
"You are not feeling well," she noted. "Can I help you?" Your hangover, give it to her.
Re: Whirlpool
"Yes," he finally decided. After all, the tequila had been self-medication for the terrible, terrible writing, and it hadn't really worked.
"And thank you."
Re: Whirlpool
Now, how to manage this without actually looking at him?
She cracked her eyes open, enough to make certain she didn't stumble and end up falling in herself, and crouched down, keeping her gaze on his face and nowhere else. "Were you drinking last night?" she asked, not judging -- she'd never judge Anakin -- as she offered him her hand. She'd healed enough hangovers to recognize the feel of them.
Re: Whirlpool
"A bit," he admitted. "Rory and I went out with Leia and Jaina and caught up."
