Exploring the Jedi Temple [Friday morning into Saturday afternoon]

"This is the Jedi Temple," Anakin said, gesturing. A few Jedi walking past gave him a curious look. Anakin blushed. "Um, obviously. We'll be staying here for the night. You're free to wander around and explore. Your rooms will be down this corridor," he pointed, "and mine is with Master Kenobi on the other side of the Temple with the rest of the Masters and Padawans. In your room you'll find comlinks, maps, and translated lists of pretty normal words from English to Basic, which is what all the signs are in around here. Call me if you get lost, either in the Temple or out in Coruscant. It's a big planet and getting turned around is to be expected."

Anakin was in the practice room working out against a Padawan about his own age.

Anakin was much, much better and was taking a little too much joy out of beating his opponent soundly.

Dumping an armful of electronic parts on the table, Zack pulled out the pack of 'deathsticks', and tried one.

"Well, I feel a bit happier, but otherwise I don't really see any effect," he said. Of course, had anyone else been around to hear him, he would have sounded like a chipmunk on speed when he said that.

He sat down and started working on Parker's present.

On the other side of the Temple from the guest quarters, Anakin's back in his old room. Where Obi-Wan also happens to live.

Not that anyone in the flight class might be interested in that particular piece of information...

After running some errands, Anakin finally walked into the room and sprawled out on the sofa, then began flipping through the HoloNet trying to get caught up on the news.

There was a very suspicious sound of clanging outside of Anakin and Obi-Wan's quarters.

Then an impossible-to-miss rendition of "Copacabana."

Anakin was up early to get his hair cut and to pass along Blair's best wishes to the barber.

He couldn't believe he had to do that second part.

General Temple Wandering

Near the Council Room is a room with a three-dimensional representation of every planet and system in the galaxy. They are lit up with different colors to represent places where the Jedi are dispatched.

It's a thing of beauty in addition to a useful tool. You'd be amazed who might stop by to stare at it...

And if there were something shiny lying around anywhere, then he could even take home a souvenir.

Jude didn't see the centre of wisdom and enlightenment for the Galactic Rebuplic, a hallowed, sacred space steeped in tradition, history, and ceremony.

He saw broad, smooth floors, long corridors, and flights of stairs for a little bit of variety.
