Washington DC [Sunday Morning]

After arriving in front of the Air & Space Museum, Veronica passed out maps and told her students, "You can go anywhere and take pictures, but I recommend the places circled on these maps. You're also free to check out any of the museums on the Mall."

Veronica had been so busy with other things, that she hadn't really spent a lot of time taking pictures lately, so she headed for the Botanic Gardens and spent some time both enjoying the atmosphere and taking photographs.

After the musea, Cameron decided to go for something different and headed into the gardens. So when he noticed Veronica around as well, he wandered over. "You might want to revise that whole P.I. career thing because this isn't very subtle."

"What's not very subtle?" Veronica asked.

"You spying on my very secret Secret Banana Society meeting," Cameron grinned.

Veronica chuckled. "I really just came to take pictures of flowers," she confessed. "What about you? I wasn't sure if we'd be able to pry you out of the Air & Space Museum today."

"The guards were giving me suspicious looks so I decided it might be best to actually go something else as well," he said with a smile even if it wasn't all too clear if he was joking or not. "I decided to go the flowery route."

"You should be able to get some nice pictures here," Veronica said. "Or just enjoy the peace and quiet."

"Oh," Cameron grinned as he remembered the subjects of the week. "I already took my pictures for Tuesday."

"Wow, I'm impressed," Veronica said. "That doesn't mean you can't take pictures here, though. Just for practice."

"You should be," Cameron said mysteriously as he grabbed his camera out of his bag. "You want to pose for me?"

Veronica gave him a skeptical look, but put her camera and purse down.

"I suppose I could."

Nadia popped in to the Botanical Gardens, since that was sort of one of the points of being on the trip. She'd already taken a roll and a half of film on the mall, at the sculpture garden, and at the zoo, but she figured, why not get in some flower pictures, too?

Besides, she still needed to get that silly picture for Walter. She waved to Veronica.

In lieu of a greeting, Veronica raised her camera and snapped a candid shot of Nadia framed by some gorgeous red blossoms.

Nadia smiled as she looked around at all the plants. "This place is gorgeous."

Veronica nodded. "It's really peaceful. It's hard to believe that on the other side of the walls is a huge city teaming with noise and people."

"Well, cities can be very good at hiding, sometimes." Nadia looked around again. "But I might be in the wrong place to get a good, silly picture."

"I can't think of anything off the top of my head," Veronica admitted. "But maybe I'll come up with something."

Nadia looked around and spotted a plant with large, flat leaves. "Maybe something like this?" She leaned forward with her mouth open as though about to take a bite.
