Elizabeth headed through the underground station up to the concourse.

She stopped briefly at the Paddington Bear shop, eying up the bears, before realizing that she really didn't want to carry one arond Oxford with her and that she'd be better off stopping there on the way back.

But she did make quick stops at WH Smith (http://www.whsmith.co.uk/whs/Go.asp) and Costa (http://www.costa.co.uk/), picking up a copy of The Independent (http://www.independent.co.uk/) and a latte and chocolate twist for the train journey.

Walter led Victor into The Imperial War Museum (http://london.iwm.org.uk/server/show/nav.00b004) and looked around.

He eyed the signs for the WWII exhibits and pointed instead to one titled, Secret War (http://london.iwm.org.uk/server/show/ConWebDoc.1448) "Perfect. Public display of espionage secrets. How can we pass that up?"

"I guess they aren't so secret anymore," Victor observed as they walked through the exhibit. "Did you really use all of these at Hellsing?"

"Rarely," Walter said as he stopped to look at a display of invisible ink and papers written with it. "MI-5 did most of the espionage. Our work is more about disinformation than espionage. When it isn't about hunting vampires, of course."

"Disinformation? You mean, like, blowing up file cabinets or something?"

He leaned forward and squinted at the invisible ink display. "Y'know, I wonder how long it took the scientists to realize that all you reallyneed for this kind of stuff is lemon juice and heat."

"Like convincing people that their entire family was wiped out by a mass murderer or that the population of a town died because of a bombing by the Nazis. Lying, in other words."

He shook his head and stood in front of a video window about the training of spies during WWII. "We didn't do this sort of thing, for instance."

A few blocks from the Market entrance in Camden, Angela, Marty and Parker found an Indian restaurant that looked promisingly busy. "Is this okay for you guys?"

"We've done everything we can do Parker. Plus we have to eat too," Marty says as he stepped up to place his order. "What do you all want to have?"

"A samosa and chicken biryani," Angela decided. "And make sure they bring extra naan."

Elizabeth spent the morning in Oxford. Getting off the train, she had followed the familiar path to Merton College (http://www.merton.ox.ac.uk/), her eyes taking in everything that had - and hadn't - changed. The Botanic Garden (http://www.botanic-garden.ox.ac.uk/) was next on her trip down memory lane, and she wandered around the walled garden and the greenhouses, wondering how old friends she had come there with were now.

Her route back towards the center of town took her past the Centre for Socio-Legal studies (http://www.csls.ox.ac.uk/), where she had spent a great deal of her three years. A familiar looking woman was exiting the building, and eyes wide, Elizabeth quickly turned her head and started to walk in the opposite direction when she recognized her former tutor. She wasn't sure how she would explain if the woman had seen and recognized her.

Bodleian Library (http://www.bodley.ox.ac.uk/) was next on her own little tour, and she ducked inside briefly to see the areas available to the public. She stood for a moment, watching the students pass in and out, remembering her own time there.

Her final stop before returning back to the train station was the University of Oxford shop (http://www.oushop.com/index.html) on the High Street. She admitted to herself, when seated on the train back to London, that she might have gone slightly overboard there. But, she rationalized, looking down at the bags, before now she had nothing physical from any of her three schools. And who knows when she'd make it back to Oxford again?

...Although she could always apply to Oxford again, she supposed. Thinking of colleges was enough to keep her mind occupied for the entire trip back.
