Kellerman's Resort, Saturday Evening, October 17th

It was the last night of a magical week here at Kellerman's. It could only be hoped that everyone had the time of their lives. That they'd never felt this way before.

But we swear it's the truth.

And they owe it all to the wonderful camp for putting up with everyone's shenanigans. Bobby.

A party meant music, food and the buzz of people around her. Beka felt in the mood for both and after some debate with the bartender, she managed to get some barley water from him.

She found a spot to sit where she could watch people and listen to the strange music.

"Beka!" Hayley said, bounding over. "I haven't seen you aaaaaall week!" She was smiling, partly due to already having had some alcohol, mostly because it was Hayley.

"I'd not know you were looking for me," Beka remarked. The bouncing was... sommat.

"Oh, I... guess I wasn't, really," Hayley said. "But I kinda got used to seeing you around, I think."

Beka looked amused. "So you'll not find it strange going back to the dorms then?"

"Well, no," Hayley said. "I mean, what would be strange about it?"

"Oh, here?" Hayley said. "Hinata. She's so cute you think she was Shirley Temple's kid!"

"It's alright," Beka chuckled. "I don't know Hinata. Have you been enjoying the trip?"

George wrinkled his nose as he saw what she was drinking. "Only ye could be findin' barley water here, lass."

"They needed a lot of explanations before they found it," Beka assured him. Somehow drinks were harder to get used to than the food was.

"You'd think so," she agreed. "Did you manage not to get into trouble this week?"

George leaned over the back of the chair next to her easily. "Did ye hear anythin' to think not?"

"I've a feeling I should worry more 'bout what I don't heard with you," Beka told him.

"To be certain that I'll be worrying when it does become a problem," she said simple and she finished her drink in one go. The empty glass went on the table and Beka rose to her feet, reaching for his hand. "Dance with me."

He was going to reply but then she startled him enough that he could only let her pull him around the chair.

"Is that what you've been worrit about?" he teased, heading out to the floor with her.

"You dance well enough. I've no need to worry about it," Beka told him. She tugged him to an open space on the dance floor before she turned to face him.

Oh yes, that got a grin. "Told ye," he smirked, reaching for her other hand to place it on his shoulder and waiting for the beat of the music.

"Don't think I've forgotten that you've still not answered," she told him. Even if her question hadn't been that forward. She was more certain now that he had been up to sommat.
