Atlantis Resort - Thursday [Rooms & Activities]

Once again, Atlantis was the picture of Bahamian perfection. Clear skies greeted guests for another day of fun in the sun. In the night, the resort had been reset, everything fresh and new, from smooth beaches to full buffets. Whatever the Fandomites hearts desired was there and ready for the taking!

"She'd be the envy of all the other women in town," Rory commented. "Miss Patty would be so mad at me for not bringing one back for her, too."

"Maybe we can find something smaller for Miss Patty," Anakin replied. "There's also a place where you can stuff your own bear, which seems a little...creepy."

"She does like pink," Rory mused. Not that Juliet was probably old enough to have a favorite color, but she had decided it so.

"Yes," Anakin said. "She also likes your ring and would like more pears and few carrots."

"She's too young for diamonds of her own, and carrots are good for her," Rory said resolutely.

"Perhaps the stuffed flamingo will appease her," Anakin said. "Oh, and Leia volunteered to babysit sometime when we return home."

Anakin hadn't mentioned the incessant phone calls back to Lorelai.

"Oh, good. Ben and Tahiri want to, too," Rory said, grinning. "We might be able to actually do something for our anniversary this year."

"That would be wonderful," Anakin said, grinning. "Though this is nice, too. Do you need another round of suntan lotion yet? I'd hate for you to turn the pink your daughter loves so much."

Rory tilted her head. "What's that I hear? Ulterior motives?" She grinned at him as she sat up and handed him the sunscreen.

"Maybe a bit," Anakin said, settling himself next to her and dropping a kiss on her shoulder. "I like excuses to touch my beautiful wife."

"Because we have to invent excuses," Rory teased affectionately, tilting her head to kiss him. She lowered her voice. "You know we have a whole suite back there. You can touch me all night if you want."

"Your students are going to see and think that you're nice," Rory murmured, changing the subject, yes.
