Blair nodded and glanced around suspiciously. "Good point. Alright, we should have a cover story that doesn't involve us chasing down two federal agents who might have information on our interdimensional high school."

Nadia affected an innocent look and a little girl voice. "I'm so sorry, sir, I got lost. I'm trying to find a bathroom. It's kind of an emergency. . . . My friend here was just trying to keep me company. . . ."

Blair nodded earnestly and smiled. "That's perfect!" He shrugged and added. "Yeah, she's got this bladder problem, mister!"

Nadia snickered. A bladder issue hadn't been what she was thinking of. . . . But Blair was a boy, so of course the other thing wouldn't occur to him.

"Very convincing."

Blair grinned and pointed out a random FBI agent who was walking through the halls. "Psst! Nadia...tall dark agent at...um...6 o'clock? 4:45? Whatever...over there! Is that him?"

Nadia followed his gaze. "Um, I don't think so . . . that Muldoon guy was, um, hotter."

Blair stared at her for a minute before he grinned. "Well, I'm going to have trust you on that."

Nadia blushed. "Trust me, I know my hot guys."

She swallowed again. She really needed to get something to drink, or something.

She was just thirsty, she was sure. It had nothing to do with hanging out with Blair.

Blair laughed and patted her on the shoulder. "It's good to have hidden talents. If I ever need to gauge the hotness of guys, I'll seek you out!"

He pointed at a balding man down the hall. "How about that dude?"

Nadia smirked. "Are you asking if he's hot, or if he's the guy?" She shook her head. "Because the answer to either question is 'no'."

Blair laughed and pointed at their 90 year old tour guide. "Okay...hotness level of Bob here."

"Oh baby," Nadia responded, completely monotone. "Oh baby, break me off a piece of that." She raised an eyebrow. "You're not even trying."

"Okay okay. How about..." Blair turned in a circle and finally found a decent looking guy ~~who the mun resisted linking a picture of Krycek fo~~. "That's a hot guy, right?" He wasn't blushing here at all, nope, not a bit.

Nadia looked, then grinned coyly. "You dog! See, you can spot a hot guy when you want to,"

Blair was allowed to be gay, now. He'd already decided not to date her, so he was totally allowed to be gay.

~~That might be easier than him just choosing another girl~~

Blair blushed even more and hid his face in his hands. "Well, good. Now I've got the talent as well. I'm not sure what I'll do with it though."

He peeked through his fingers at Nadia. "Hey...do you see that door over there? How much trouble do you think we'll get into if we just go through it?"

Nadia thought for a moment. "If it's locked, lots of trouble. If it's not locked. . . . that's their own fault."

Blair whistled a little and headed towards the door, turning around and hitting the push bar with his hip. When it opened he bounced and grinned. "Nadia! Let's go!"

Nadia quickly glanced around. No one was paying any attention to the two teenagers at the back of the tour. She walked purposefully towards the door, trying to look like she knew exactly what she was doing and totally had the right to do it. Then she slipped through and broke into a grin.

Being bad was fun!

Blair stared at the stairwell in front of him and looked over to Nadia. "We go down?"

Nadia shrugged. "Lay on, ~~MacDuff~~ Sandburg,"

Blair started inching his way down the stairs, glad that he had worn his super secret ninja sandals today. As the slam of a door reverberated through the stairwell he pushed Nadia behind him.

Nadia let Blair push her briefly, holding tight to her backpack and her breath. She was suddenly regretting leaving her mallet and leatherman behind.

"Act natural," she whispered as softly as she could.

As the footsteps came closer, Blair held his breath as well. "Remember the bathroom thing."

Nadia shook her head slightly. "New idea. Follow my lead."

She waited in silence and tried to peer around Blair to see if someone were actually coming. Maybe they'd just go out another door and never see them. . . .

Blair blanched and turned to look at Nadia. "New idea?" He whispered. He was going to end up being questioned by the man for sure.
