Copacabana Palace, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Sunday Afternoon and Evening

The Copacabana Hotel was certainly... statuesque. The front facade stood high and formal in the middle of lovely Rio, though, like a mullet, all the fun was in the back - at the beachside, where fun and sun would be waiting come tomorrow.

The Fandom contingent had managed to get their hands on some beachside rooms, though it was probably best not to ask who or what had made this much money change hands. Because it wasn't like anyone running this gig had any interesting off-shore accounts...

Mind, no, a little wide-eyed, maybe. Though at least he'd seen them around in classes so he wasn't taken totally by surprise.

"Blysse, and Blind Seer," she figured Lex could deduce which was which. She gave Lex a thoughtful look. The only young men who she'd ever seen sport a hairless style had been New Kelvinese, and she could be fairly certain he was not from New Kelvin. "I hope you do not mind two roommates," she offered, although there was no real note of apology in her tone.

"Not Rio in particular," he said. "Though I've been to a couple of other places down this way on my dad's business trips." Usually when he either couldn't find someone to palm Lex off on, or had some point he wanted to make.
