Kohala Coast, Hawaii | Evening | Sunday | February 20

As the sun gave way to the moon, the lights around the Big Island started coming on, brightening up the dark sky. Night falling just meant several new ways for the guests to enjoy themselves! A slight wind ruffled the palm trees but the temperature remained warm, making it comfortable enough to take long walks on the beach or just enjoy gazing up at the clear night sky.

There was still plenty to do, though! Nighttime activities were starting to swing into motion, music was wafting along the breeze, drawing people towards it's rhythmic sounds, and the smells of Hawaiian dishes were prevalent.

It was nighttime in Hawaii and the vacation had just begun!

Jaina was having an easy, quiet first day, and so she figured going to hang out at the bar for a bit fit in with that. She even got something appropriately tropical to drink, knowing she'd only end up having one, and had no problem sitting around to check out the view.

For now. Later she'd feel like she had to be doing something, but that was later.

"There are too many students here," Lucas said, taking a seat by Jaina. He was a little grumpy tonight. "We don't have to set good examples for them, do we?"

"It would be good for the chaperones to set a good example for the underage students, yes," Jaina said pointedly. Ignore that her drink had some alcohol in it. She was pretty sure anyone would believe her if she said it was virgin.

He was evil. He was going to get drunk, good examples be damned.

She raised her eyebrows, looking over at him. "You've made peace with being evil?" she repeated.

"I'm part of a group called the League of Evil Exes. We got together to control the love life of a common ex-girlfriend and make sure that any guy she dates has to fight all of us before they can be official," Lucas said. "Also, I'm a movie star. It doesn't get much more evil than Hollywood."

"Hey. It's not my fault she thought dating evil people would be a good idea," Lucas said. "Anyway, he killed me. I hear he got through the rest of the League, too. So good for them, I guess."

"Wait, wait," Jaina said, shaking her head. "So this girl dates a bunch of evil guys, and in order for her current boyfriend to get anywhere with her, he had to kill you all?"

This did not sound less psychotic.

"Pretty much," Lucas said. "Or if she cheats on him and dumps him and he's kind of evil, he can join us and we'll coach him up. But that's moot."
