New Gotham, Tuesday

The Policeman's Ball was tonight. There was time to check out New Gotham and shop for dress clothes first, of course, or do a lot of other things. But that was the cool part of the day.

Liz normally wasn't that big on attending balls and such but she was looking for a dress that she could wear for that night.

Dinah grinned over at Liz from her spot perusing the next rack, and asked, "So, what's your usual party thing to wear?"
