Endor [Tuesday, December 30]

Luke, sadly for those who were not, was totally a morning person. As soon as the sun rose above the horizon, he was up, trying to get everyone ready for another day of hut building and bridge hanging.

There was breakfast and really awful strong coffee, and then the hike back to where they'd been working all of yesterday.

Luke would understand if people took breaks to explore today. Three solid days of manual labor is no vacation.

Minsc woke up and stretched, letting out a pleased little sound that could only come from a good night's sleep after a long day of handwavily hard work.

"It is nice," he commented to his hamster, "to have a roof over one's head on such excursions, is it not, Boo?"

It could be rare, after all, in adventuring and, while this could hardly technically be counted as adventuring, Minsc missed it enough to suspend his belief a bit.
