Luke, sadly for those who were not, was totally a morning person. As soon as the sun rose above the horizon, he was up, trying to get everyone ready for another day of hut building and bridge hanging.

There was breakfast and really awful strong coffee, and then the hike back to where they'd been working all of yesterday.

Luke would understand if people took breaks to explore today. Three solid days of manual labor is no vacation.

Tahiri was used to Luke's morning-person-ness -- sleeping in had been pretty much a nonexistent concept on Yavin 4 when he was in residence, which meant she was used to waking up early too, anyway -- so she took it in good humor. "Humor" being the key word, because of the bonus teenaged-dork-version factor.
