Endor [Tuesday, December 30]

Luke, sadly for those who were not, was totally a morning person. As soon as the sun rose above the horizon, he was up, trying to get everyone ready for another day of hut building and bridge hanging.

There was breakfast and really awful strong coffee, and then the hike back to where they'd been working all of yesterday.

Luke would understand if people took breaks to explore today. Three solid days of manual labor is no vacation.

In between working on some of the various huts, Indiana was checking out some of the craftmanship of the Ewoks and how the little Teddy Bears interacted with each other.

Having that guy who looked like her dad around here was just way too amusing to Jaina, so every once in a while she would look over to see if he'd been mauled by Ewoks yet, trying and failing to keep a straight face.

"No! I'm not him!" he protested to the little Ewoks holding up what appeared to be a vest of animal hide that had been dyed black. "I appreciate the thought but you should save it until the real guy shows up."

Apparently they did because now a few Ewoks were running off to do just that.

Indiana then crossed his arms and gave Jaina a look that he imagined a father would give to his kid when they were misbehaving.

Not that Jaina was his kid. However she had probably seen that look before.

She smiled and gave a way, turning back to her work. For now. She'd have to see what the Ewoks came up with.
