Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, Québec City, Québec [Wednesday Morning/Afternoon]
The weather was a little cooler and cloudier today, but that just meant it was really time to break out those fashionable hats and scarves!
Okay, maybe only whatever scarves you all brought are fashionable, but some of you are annoying and can make any item of clothing work, so just make sure you're bundled safely. We're only halfway through the week and there's still so much to do!

Re: Île d'Orléans Food Tour!
There was just a slightly longer pause before the grin grew slightly before he elaborated with, "Making it to the shops before they close to see about those blasted glasses.
"But perhaps," he added, hastily, before any protests or excuses could be made, "that would make for an excellent poursuite du jour for tomorrow, planning an imprompt
ou dinner party for that evening. Friday would be a bit tricky; it's Prompto's birthday, so there goes half our likely guest list, as he and Liz are taking an evening out to themselves while Gladio takes on babysitting duties."Re: Île d'Orléans Food Tour!
"Oh, and we were not asked to babysit?" Liliana asked. "And here I've been nothing but an excellent influence on Noctra." Her definition of 'excellent influence' might not have been shared by her parents, mind, considering what percentage of Noctra's grasping for shinies was Liliana's fault, but that was hardly her problem.
...Yet another reason they were not left in charge of the baby, most likely.
"And we both know I'm joking," she informed him, before he could offer to take over babysitting duties. "I quite enjoy this division of labor. We host the dinner party, Nell and Gladio watch the child."
Re: Île d'Orléans Food Tour!
"There was some expression of concern," he drawled, "about coming back to a pony in the room should Noctra be entrusted to us, I believe."
Just look at that active learning about sassiness in action!
Re: Île d'Orléans Food Tour!
Honestly now.
"Besides, ponies are Christmas presents. Or birthdays. Not random gifts. She's not our child."
Huh. That sure was a statement she'd said.
Re: Île d'Orléans Food Tour!
It was such a statement that she'd said that it pulled Ignis' eyebrow up, and it caused a statement of his own...no, a question...to come dancing along his tongue towarx his lips, but that was as far as he'd let it go.
He may be undeniably a fool, but he was not a complete idiot.
"Ah, well," he said, instead, "Prompto was raised in a common household, not a royal house. He's not been brought up to be so familiar with all the societal expectations surrounding some of the more delicate details of animal husbandry.
"Besides," he added, a beat later, "the fact that no one really kept horses in Eos, anyway. The equine there are quite wild, and make a point," ha! Spiracorn humor!, "to keep it that way."
Re: Île d'Orléans Food Tour!
"So I remember," Liliana said. "The next time we turn into children, do understand that I will be grilling you extensively on spiracorns and mesmirs. You mentioned them and didn't go into detail and that's unacceptable."
There were some way in which the girl she'd been and the woman she'd become remained very, very close.
