Happy Tuesday, everyone! There was a wealth of places to hang out down here now, and a whole community of people doing it, whether they liked it or not.

And don't forget that ceiling divot! They were making good headway up there!

. . . Which mostly served to demonstrate just how deep this weird little hole really was.

It was kind of weird that this was the place most familiar to Rey in this hole, but she still had to go in and check out what they actually had to see what was usable besides the alcohol.

There were certain mixers that had to be used up before they went bad, the sodas would be fine, and there were a lot of bottles set out on the bar while going through things, and now Rey was sitting in her usual seat going through a drink recipe book out of curiosity.

"There's no more orange juice, right?" Danny asked, kind of sad that the mimosas were gone. But hey, they could do a coffee drink, right?

"There's some orange juice left," Rey told him. "Also cranberry and lime, and probably some others, and they'll all go bad pretty soon if we don't move them."

"Pass me that OJ and the vodka."

Oh yeah, a screwdriver was so much better. Sure.

"What do you make with that?" she asked, passing both over to him.

"Screwdriver," Danny replied. "Two parts juice, one part vodka. Pretty easy to make. You wanna try one?"

Oh yeah, that was it. "Get another glass. If you don't like it... someone'll drink it."

Meaning him or Annie at this rate.

"Nothing better to do down here."

Annie, who was still wearing her bowling shoes from yesterday because they were surprisingly way more comfortable than her gold wedge-heeled boots, had found a bottle of Bailey's that she was sniffing suspiciously.

"It's so weird that this stuff doesn't have to be refrigerated," she decided, making a little face. "Okay, of the juices, what do we think is going to go bad first? Orange?"

Probably the orange, yeah. It maybe had hours, at this point.

"I'm honestly not sure, but there's more of it," Rey said. "I'll move the juices to either the fire station or bowling alley but there's only so much room for things that need to be refrigerated."

So like, get on that, everyone.

"Then I'm gonna go ahead and start with the orange," Annie decided, grabbing vodka and looking around to see if they had Galliano. "Want a Harvey Wallbanger?"

Annie actually knew how to make those off the top of her head. Because there were only three ingredients. And the name was funny.

"Sure, why not." It wasn't like she drank much, and she had absolutely nothing but time to get stuff done. "What's in that?"

"Orange juice, vodka, this stuff," Annie shared, locating the Galliano and waving it at Rey before starting to get the drinks together. "It's a breakfast drink 'cause of the OJ."

And also the fruit, which Annie had located and was just going to make a face at before finding the jar of cherries. The citrus that had been pre-cut was clearly not going to hang in there all that much longer.

"There are breakfast drinks?" Rey asked, raising an eyebrow. "Not that it's obvious what time it is in here."

She still had her phone on her but really only checked it to check on the time in an effort to keep her internal clock normal.

"Orange," Danny called over, lifting his screwdriver as he did his part in keeping the juice from going bad on them. "If there's passionfruit back there, that should already be bad."

Hawaii did this to him.

"Ew," Annie commented cheerfully, wandering over a moment later with a Harvey Wallbanger. "If we don't get out of here soon, the mixers are all going to be gone and we'll have to start shooting all of this straight."

Or, you know...not drink through this, but eh. Plan B.

"I have only been here two days. I'm not there yet." Yet. Also maybe it was morning? Or at least, not late in the day? So the orange juice was necessary.

"I got weeks on you," Danny replied. "I didn't break into the drinks until... well, the bar got here."

Maybe because it was cheap bowling alley beer?

It had been almost 2 weeks in this hole now and maybe some day drinking was in order. Or maybe Stark was looking for friendly faces after doing some aimless wandering around the hole yet again. Maybe it was a combination of the two.

"Are you making drinks?" he asked, eyeing the recipe book.

Rey paused, and said, "Maybe? Or someone can. There are some things we have to use up before they go bad."

She had never made a drink before and it would end in some regrettable things, but you'd probably be too drunk to care.

As recent birthday parties had proved it took a lot before Stark got drunk enough to really not care what was happening but this was just as good of an excuse to get completely trashed as that had been.

"I don't know how to make anything," he said. He might be able to figure it out. He could bake things. Drinks ought to be easier! "What's going to go bad?"

They could offer it to people not currently looking into spending their day getting drunk, too? Or maybe just if there was any left after they'd finished.
