Limni Keri, Zakynthos, Monday Evening
The village of Limni Keri laid a little whiles out from the Portalocity terminal at Zakynthos's capital of Zante, but it was a pleasant trip full of beach views, tall hills and olive trees. The village itself was small, its various shops, homes and restaurants spread out across a square mile and a half, ending on a quiet beach.
The shuttle took them to a pretty yellow apartment complex. It held no restaurant, but the owners had left a spread of Greek mezedes behind for the arriving guests. Of course, if you were truly hungry, you could always take a stroll along the beach and pick one of the adorable Greek tavernas that lined the coast.
Come in, settle in. Enjoy the warm temperatures of Greece, and the sound of the surf.
[[ ocd up! have fun! ]]

Re: Room 304
Yeah, despite the two beds situation, Karolina had kind of forgotten to expect to be sharing a room. And, yes, she looked kind of startled when it turned out who she was sharing it with was Arlo 2's Hot Mom. Whose name she was probably going to have to ask at some point here, because that one - although accurate! - was maybe a little objectifying. And unwieldy.
"Uh, yeah," she said. "Hi. Did you have a preference on which bed you wanted?"
Of course she'd ask that.
Re: Room 304
"Yeah," she said, "the one with all your stuff on it."
But since she just knew PBH was probably the type to start apologizing or flailing or something, and, while that would have been hilarious, Rosa knew she kinda had to live with this person while she was here, she added, "I'm kidding. This one's fine."
Re: Room 304
(Okay, probably apologize.)
But she ended up huffing out a slightly sheepish little laugh. "Okay, good," she said. She settled the brochure on her lap, for now. "Also, hey, I'm Karolina. I'm pretty sure I never introduced myself."
Re: Room 304
"Rosa," she offered back. "So how are these school trip things supposed to work, anyway?"
Which was as close as she was going to get to admitting that she felt completely out of her element right now.
Re: Room 304
She ended up shrugging again.
"But things always seemed pretty easy-going from the student side. Really, it's just a vacation for everyone."
Re: Room 304
Hey, now there was a new nickname! Baby Guidance Counselor.
...she was never remembering Karolina's name now.
"I could...probably manage that."
Should that doubtful pause be worrisome? Giving the kids crap if they're doing something they shouldn't be wasn't the issue; that was basically her normal job and honestly one of the best parts about it. Not setting a bad example, though? That one was a lot trickier.
Re: Room 304
"Well," she said slowly, "do your best?"
