Walter looks at the items on display in the jewelry section and shook his head, wandering off to the scientific toys and returning with a star theater (http://www.smithsonianstore.com/catalog/product.jsp?productId=12120&categoryId=3212&parentCategoryId=3212).

Because everyone knows that he and Victor like to turn the lights off and stare at the ceiling.

Pippi squees at the star theatre and flounces off to the section with the science and activity kits.

She adds (http://www.smithsonianstore.com/catalog/product.jsp?productId=13054&categoryId=3212&parentCategoryId=3212) a few things (http://www.smithsonianstore.com/catalog/product.jsp?productId=12242&categoryId=3212&parentCategoryId=3212) to her cart (http://www.smithsonianstore.com/catalog/product.jsp?productId=12240&categoryId=3212&parentCategoryId=3212).

Walter followed after Pippi and added another item to his basket (http://www.smithsonianstore.com/catalog/product.jsp?productId=12243&categoryId=3212&parentCategoryId=3212) and then wandered off to pick up a DVD about the WWII memorial (http://www.smithsonianstore.com/catalog/product.jsp?productId=13088&categoryId=3211&parentCategoryId=3211").

"Have you spent enough of your treasure yet, Pippi?"

Pippi grabs a catologue.

"I guess so." she says grudgingly.

"Oh wait!"

She really (http://www.smithsonianstore.com/catalog/product.jsp?productId=12245&categoryId=3212&parentCategoryId=3212) likes (http://www.smithsonianstore.com/catalog/product.jsp?productId=12244&categoryId=3212&parentCategoryId=3212) these science (http://www.smithsonianstore.com/catalog/product.jsp?productId=12251&categoryId=3212&parentCategoryId=3212) kits (http://www.smithsonianstore.com/catalog/product.jsp?productId=12252&categoryId=3212&parentCategoryId=3212).

She also trades out this (http://www.smithsonianstore.com/catalog/product.jsp?productId=12242&categoryId=3212&parentCategoryId=3212) for this (http://www.smithsonianstore.com/catalog/product.jsp?productId=12235&categoryId=3212&parentCategoryId=3212)

"Okay I'm done."

She grabs one more thing (http://www.smithsonianstore.com/catalog/product.jsp?productId=12250&categoryId=3212&parentCategoryId=3212).

"For now."

Grin.

Walter grabs the rock candy and gummy bugs kits, too, after seeing Pippi's. Food and science... how can you go wrong?

"Right. Let's get out of here before even sixty years of compound interest isn't enough to cover it."

Pippi grabbed a second telescope.

"Good idea."
