Anakin couldn't stop a smile from crossing his face as the Temple transport flew closer to their final destination.

When the planet finally came into view, he called the flight students to look out the window.



"Welcome to Coruscant," he said, pointing. "We'll be landing in a few minutes. Strap yourselves in, please."

[OOC: Oh, the OCD has barely begun, my friends... Play away! Coruscant and it's merry minions are open through Friday for your convenience...]

"Aside from the one counselor who threatened to brain me with his boot, no, the sessions themselves have been quite dull. It's the receptions afterward where all the excitement happens. It's fascinating what people will say when their tongues have been loosened by alcohol," he teased. "Don't you think?"

Obi-Wan let it go. For now. "So, how was your class this term?"

"I had a couple of students who didn't like to fly," Anakin said quietly. He used the same tone most people would reserve for admitting that they didn't love puppies, children, or their mothers.

"Yes, there are some few of us who suffer from that affliction," Obi-Wan replied dryly. "Were you able to teach them anyway?"

"I'm not sure I was all that effective," Anakin admitted, "but they came to Coruscant, so that's a good sign, right?"

"Any challenge that is not backed down from is already half-met," Obi-Wan replied. "So I'd say you did at least well enough."

Anakin tried to hide how pleased he was at Obi-Wan's praise.

This being Anakin, he failed rather miserably.

"Thank you," he said.
