"Hey, Parker. God, I know!" Elizabeth exclaims. "I know London's a big city, but it's been insane!"

"Plus we've been doing stuff to hopefully help Angel, so I didn't even get to do half the touristy stuff I wanted." Parker grinned. "Want to go taunt the guards (http://community.livejournal.com/fh_trips/7754.html?thread=766026#t766026) with me at Buckingham Palace later? I'm hoping to take the Knight Bus out to Stonehenge with Zero when she's actually awake."

Elizabeth giggled. "That sounds like fun," she said. "I've not made it to the Palace yet. Nor done much shopping. Which will be rectified so soon."

"Cool." Parker grinned. "I managed to buy out Bond Street yesterday, and I'm shipping half of it home. It's time to do something other than shop."

"I packed my half empty suitcase into another suitcase to come across with," Elizabeth replied with a grin, shrugging. "I already spent far too much at the university shop yesterday."

"So you did get a chance to hit Oxford? I'm jealous. Did you have fun?"

Elizabeth nodded. "Yeah, I got the train out there. Only takes about an hour, so I got in early and was back again just after lunch."

She sighed. "It was weird, y'know. It's the first time I've been back there since I..." Instinctively, she checked around them and lowered her voice, "Graduated. It was good to see places like the Botanical Gardens again though. Lots of it just hasn't changed."

"That has to be pretty deja vu. Did you run into anyone you knew, who didn't recognize you?" Parker pushed a hand through her hair, and contemplated one of the paintings on the wall. "I don't know if I could come back to a familiar place, if I had to deal with what you and Janet and Carter are coping with."

"I almost ran into one of my old tutors as she was coming out of the Centre," Elizabeth replied. "I don't know if she would have recognized me or not, but I wasn't going to take any chances."

"I couldn't not. As evidenced," she smiled. "If that was the case, I wouldn't be able to go to DC, to New York. I wouldn't be here in London."

"True." Parker contemplated that. "Given your last job, I guess there aren't too many places you haven't been. Hmm. Maybe that's a good criteria for the next School Trip. Places Liz Hasn't Visited." She smirked.

Elizabeth giggled. "Does it count if I've landed at an airport there?" she asked. "I've not spent much time in Asia though."

"Airports never count. Hmm. Hong Kong? Zero's spent time there, it's where she got her pet bird." Parker checked her watch. "Let's hit on the Guards.
