When the sun goes down, the lights come on, and the Royal Towers shine in the water like there really is a sunken city down there. (Hint: there isn't. Also, if you go diving, take proper breathing gear and a certified guide.) The lights of the nightclub and beach bar beckon as well, so don't turn in early unless you've got better plans waiting in your room!

Royal Towers

Jonas wasn't much for noisy nights out so tonight he'd be found relaxing in his room with a book. Yes, he read back on the island but it seemed different here, more...colorful.

No, Jonas didn't know what that meant at all but it seemed to be the right adjective. Everything was more colorful here.

Room 618

After a long day lying in the sun, all Sookie really wanted to do with her evening was take a bath and order in room service.

So she did. She made use of all the fancy little bubble bath thingies in the bathroom (which, she hoped, Blysse hadn't wanted to use before housekeeping would replenish them), and ordered not only dinner but a great big dessert, too.

And with that, she curled up in her bed with a book to read. Because she was lame, and this was all she really needed to be happy.

Room 638

Surprisingly, it wasn't that late when 'Dite zapped them back to the Bahamas. The last event had started at 10 (Karla hadn't bothered to change her watch) and had lasted several hours, but then the trip home was done at 'Dite-speed. And since it was spring break, Karla wasn't at all surprised to realized that a lot of her fellow students were still out and about.

It was Spring Break, after all.

As soon as she got back to her room, she changed into her bathing suit, pulling on a jersey to cover up. She'd be heading for the water soon, but wanted to drop off all four hundred pounds of Olympic souvenirs she had bought in Vancouver.

Aura Nightclub

Aura is raised off the casino floor where a grand staircase leads into the Nightclub. DJs spin, illuminating the glass dance floor which is surrounded by banquette seating. Two bars, two VIP sections and a private VIP Parlour complete this intimate experience.

Puck had spent the day chatting up a few older ladies who were vacationing with their families. Because he had no morals, you see.

Anyway, with phone and room numbers tucked away in his wallet, he decided to hit the club. It wasn't really his scene, but it seemed like it would be everyone else's, so he got himself a beer and a spot to watch.

Alex wasn't planning on dancing but he pretty much thought that this place would be hopping and it was always good to be where the action was. Plus, if he got drunk here, it was another bar down on his list.

Drink in hand, he wove his way through the crowd until he found a spot at the bar, smirking and just generally feeling pretty damn good.

This was so, so not Jaina's scene. At all. But she'd found it while checking out the casino, and thought checking it out wouldn't be so bad. She was trying to do spring break right, after all, even if there'd be no getting drunk or hooking up. Still, she'd stay close to the bar until she got uncomfortable.

Gunn spent most of the evening trying to convince the bouncers at the VIP sections that he was Denzel's little brother.

Needless to say, he wasn't getting in.

Atlantis Beach Bar

Overlooking miles of white sand beach with the blue ocean as its backdrop, the Beach Bar is a perfect open-air spot to enjoy refreshing cocktails and tropical drinks throughout the day and into the night.

Hannibal had spent most of his day outside and he didn't see a real need to stop. He snagged himself a drink (something nice and alcoholic) and found a seat where he could stretch out and enjoy the warm night air on his skin.

Summer was more than happy to spend her evening outside, especially with a spectacular view of the ocean. She ordered herself a rum collins (her favorite) and listened to the waves crash against the sand as she sipped her drink.

Open air and near the water, still? And there was alcohol? Aravis would be here, enjoying the feel of (literally) letting her hair down and wearing lighter clothes.

And, of course, the drinks. She wondered if she could bribe the bartender for just pieces of the fruit.

Griff had yet to leave the beach for the day and decided that since there was a bar nearby he might as well start drinking. Good times were to be had, after all.

Temple of the Sun Casino

Robin figured it would be better with cigars, but either way, she and her glass of scotch found their way through the casino to the blackjack table.

She told herself her losing limit was fifty bucks. (Fifty American bucks, even.) Because Benton would be mad as hell if she lost more or like, got drunk and bet her ring. Which she would never do, thank you.

Mat was still at the craps table, now with an enormous pile of chips next to him. After a particularly good round with the dice, he'd tip the dealer (or man watching the dice? He didn't know the terminology here) a five hundred dollar chip.

He had lots of them.

"I haven't done any gambling in a while," Jim told the camera outside of the casino. "And that last time wasn't a very lucky night for me. But I have a good feeling about this because they have Caribbean Stud Poker. I don't know how that's played, but I'm pretty sure I could get a cute female dealer to reject me by making a joke about how I'm a Caribbean stud. And that could be fun for a minute."

The camera wasn't allowed in the casino proper, so Jim getting a quiet sigh of annoyance at that joke was thankfully not recorded. Jim's face after the sigh was, though. He somehow knew exactly where to look to be spotted from outside.

He continued playing poker, but he was pretty sure the dealer was cheating as revenge for the joke.

After leaving the club, Jaina headed back down to the casino. She didn't know many of these games, really, but decided at one point to give the blackjack table a try.

She did it twice, and kriff it, she was going to find poker. Stupid games where you couldn't bluff.

The Point

Bod wasn't really one for nightclubs or casinos so he found himself in one of the open air restaurants, having a late dinner and letting himself get a little lost in his own head. It was quiet so it seemed the perfect time for some contemplation of the past day or so events.

She had a scoop of Chunky Monkey, and had even put her cell phone in her back pocket. And wasn't on it! It was very impressive, she thought.

Angela had been trying to pick up some souvenirs for her family (and her cats), so she decided while everyone else was engaging in hedonism, she would do some shopping before everything closed.

There was a lot of muttering of things like, "There's no reason for it to be this expensive."
