Atlantis Resort, Bahamas | Sunday | Afternoon/Evening [Rooms & Activities]

As the group from Fandom emerged from the portal, they would be greeted by paradise. The weather was warm, immediately making any jackets and sweaters useless. The sky was a light blue flecked with clouds and, before the group, stood the sprawling Atlantis Resort. Beyond that, miles of sandy beaches, exciting activities, delicious restaurants and anything else you might desire was there at your fingertips, just waiting to be experienced!

Welcome to the Bahamas! It's better down here!

Jaina wasn't picky about things like which bed she got, so she literally just tossed her bag and whichever one it landed closest to was the one she'd end up sleeping in. And then screw unpacking, she wanted to check out the view.

Sookie was grateful that she knew her roommate, though that did make it more difficult for her to make a decision about which bed to take. What if Blysse had a preference?

In the end, she decided to leave the bed issue for the time being, and set to unpacking a little. She knew that if she just lived out of her little suitcase, she'd regret it -- and besides, she had to actually locate her bikini if she wanted to go tanning.

Aravis was, once again, grateful that she had at least some modern clothes, though she wished she'd had the foresight to wear some on her way here.

The first thing she did upon arrival was go to her room to change into a still-mildly-conservative sundress, which thankfully was much easier to breathe in than her usual gown.

The second thing she did was go out to the balcony to look. She'd be there awhile.

Puck barely paused in his room to change into swimwear before heading down to the beach and grabbing both a beer and a swing.

This, he decided, was the perfect place to sit to people-watch. And by 'people-watch,' he meant 'hot divorcee-watch.'

It wasn't the insane luxury of Moroi resorts, but given how that last one had turned out, Rose so wasn't complaining.

Her bag landed on the other bed as she joined Jaina at the balcony. "Holy crap. This is - wow, pretty."

Firekeeper spent most of her life sleeping outside on the ground. Having a bed at all was still something of a novelty, even after three years. So, no, no real preference.

"Sookie, hello!" she greeted the other girl. "Blind Seer is staying too, I hope is not a problem?" if it was, well... again, used to sleeping outside.

"Hi!" Sookie trilled, practically bouncing with the sheer excitement of being here at all. "That's just fine by me! He's always been sweet to me, and I love animals anyway. Are you excited? What are you gonna do first? Do you care which bed we each get?"

Sookie. Breathe.

"Just when I think I'm well-traveled enough to be jaded, we go somewhere else and I find out I'm not," Jaina agreed. "It's impressive." And mentally she was trying to figure out which direction they were facing, just in case she might be able to see a sunrise from here.

Now that he was feeling better, Alex didn't plan on staying very long in here. He claimed a bed with his bag, checked the view and then walked around the room some.

Maybe he'd stay long enough to say hello to his roommate. Alex was sure she'd love this arrangement.

That was- a lot of questions. Firekeeper blinked rapidly as she tried to assimilate them all. "Is always enjoyable to see new places, I thought perhaps I just- explore? Walk around, see what there is to do." Since she couldn't read the brochures explaining everything. "And I do not much care which bed, so you pick," she finished, attempting to answer each question in order.

Sookie considered before dropping her brush on the bed closest to her, thus claiming it. "Did you see there're dolphins here? I've never even seen a dolphin in real life. And sharks!"

Rose couldn't help smiling a little. "See, I'd totally figure all the crazy places in your galaxy would've made this seem like nothing."

"There are some places back home that are just beautiful," Jaina admitted. And most of them were still standing. "But I have to say, Earth has some places that can definitely compete."

"Dolphin," Firekeeper frowned... where had she heard that word before. "Ah! Like the House. Have never seened one myself, either. Have seen sharks, though."

Studying Sookie's unpacking for a moment, she turned to do the same, pulling out the decidedly un-Bahamas-appropriate long-sleeved shirts and jeans she'd brought with her.

Just because it seemed to be geared towards those younger than him wasn't going to deter Bod from going inside this place. The flashing lights, sounds and crowd activity were impossible to resist.

He'd seen video games before, even played Tetris and Pong, but this was beyond what he'd seen. And, of course, the first driving game he saw, he took a seat in.

And promptly crashed. He'd probably be there awhile.

Hannibal already felt more relaxed. The lure of a lounge chair was too much for the moment so that's where he'd be, sprawled out and lazily lounging. The water would be there later.

Jack dropped his bag on one of the beds and collapsed with a paperback. It had been a long few days; he was inclined to greet the Bahamas with a nap, or -- more likely -- a good long round of staring at the ceiling.

Please, don't call it brooding.

"And we can swim with 'em! The dolphins. Not the sharks. I think," Sookie said, looking momentarily worried. She glanced over and caught sight of Blysse's wardrobe, and debated offering sharing some of her lighter clothes. But, she ultimately decided that would be rude and also that anything she had to offer would likely be too big. So instead she just rambled on, "but I think there's a slide that can go through sharks, or something?"
