The Crown Princess - Monday [Ship - Evening and On]

The ship had returned to sea at 5pm, horns blaring as they exited the port, headed for a full Tuesday at sea. Of course, the day wasn't over for the people aboard. But whether they were in the mood for a cozy space to sip cocktails with someone special or a swanky place to savor a cigar and make new friends, Crown Princess was ready to provide the evening with plenty of entertainment.

"I should be able to use the Force to heal anything that gets hurt," Zayne said. "Just don't injure them too bad?"

"It helps you heal?" Adora repeated with interest. "Can you heal others?"

"I haven't really been trained with it, so kind of?" Zayne said. "I can't do much, especially on other people, but toes are small enough for me to work with."

"And the Force is the magic that lets you do this?" Adora verified, wondering if it was anything like the magic of Grayskull.

"It's a kind of energy that connects all living things," Zayne said. "Some people can kind of tap into that energy to do things like heal and move things with their minds. So it's not quite magic, but it's kind of close."

"Hmm. So you can either access this power or not, but either way it's always there?" Adora was good at rewording things for the viewers at home. "I think I'll call it magic anyway."

"You're much better at explaining it than me," Zayne admitted.

"That's just silly," Adora laughed. "You're the one who explained it to me!"

"But I do think it would be easier if I started telling people it was magic when they ask," Zayne said. "I think it's a less complicated answer that way."

"That's because magic is acceptably mysterious," Adora replied. "You know, people were much more accepting that I had a horse who could magically speak than that I came from another planet."

"You have a horse that can magically speak?" Zayne asked.

Adora bit her lip, "Yes? Perhaps I haven't mentioned that as often as I thought. Spirit, my beloved steed, was gifted with speech when I transformed..." Probably not the best word, no. "Um, changed my allegiance."

"I didn't know that," Zayne said. "I'd like to meet Spirit sometime."

"Really? I will have to arrange that," she agreed happily. "I was sorry he couldn't come on the trip. Sometimes I wonder if it was wrong of me to bring him to Fandom where it's cold and he has to live in a stable."

"Where did he live on your planet?" Zayne asked, since a stable sounded reasonable to him, even for a talking horse.

"In the outdoors? But so did I since we lived in a camp in a very comfortable magical woods. There was no snow or wind like they have in Fandom," she explained.

"Oh, okay," Zayne said. "So that's why he can't just live in the woods in Fandom."

"Right, see, these things make sense most of the time," Adora said. "You just have to have the right perspective!"
