Saturday: Nemesis Island
It's amazing how different the atmosphere changes once you cross over the causeway to Nemesis island. True, it might be the same temperature and all but just setting foot on the island can give you goosebumps.
And if you meet up with of the residents here you might attacked for no good reason.
Which, sadly, is the slogan of the local tourism board.

Robin was happy. She didn't think she'd ever be able to use a 'Bitch please' in real life.
Re: The Park
Still.
"Tell me the truth, if you know him so well," Victoria said, stepping closer. "Do you believe completely that he'd never be tempted? That he would never find someone better than you? Do you worry about that at night? You underestimate the impact I had on him and the hold I still have on him. I kissed him the other day. And it still felt the same. You wouldn't be out here if you didn't think there was a chance he could stray. He's honorable and trusting and he can take care of himself and yet, you are still out here."
Re: The Park
"And you don't know that the first thing he did was come home and tell me you kissed him, but that he felt nothing," Robin said, smirking. "I'm definitely not saying that this is forever-love, or that he would never, ever leave me, or any teenage crap like that. For all I know, he might find someone better than me tomorrow and end things. But I do know that that isn't you, and he won't have the chance to do that or live out the rest of his theoretical life unless you leave him the hell alone. I'm not jealous of you, Victoria. I feel sorry for you. Because you don't seem to understand this kind of relationship, which is why you keep falling back on trying to make me feel threatened. It isn't going to work."

"Just imagine that scene," Victoria said, taking advantage. "Coming home and finding him gasping for breath on the floor. So sad."

Clearly, she had been wrong, and that was why without even thinking, her right fist was flying straight towards Victoria's eye.
And as soon as it had landed, she was drawing her gun and backing up slowly.
Re: The Park
"What if I've already gotten to him?" she shouted, staying still because of the gun. "What if he's already dead? Oh, cry for him. Have fun at the funeral."
