Sometimes, Rosa missed bartending. And there were (probably) no kids to chaperone at this activity. If that wasn't a win-win in her book, then she didn't know what was.

Too bad she didn't think of dragging Blackstone along with her, then maybe they could make bets with each other on how long it took for the blind guy to fuck up.

(She would, amazingly, be somewhat impressed that she would actually end up losing that bet big time).
