Tonight the school has set up a sunset harbor cruise into the bay and a class on the history of chocolate in one of the conference rooms. Or you could blow off both of those things and go clubbing. Do you, Fandom. Do. You.

HOTEL

We're spending the week at the five-star/five diamond Boston Harbor Hotel. Hotel luxuries include a private health-club style spa and fitness center, award-winning dining, and a full-service 34-slip marina.

Rooms 10/13

Students' deluxe rooms have windows out over downtown Boston, and their chaperones' premier rooms have views out over the marina and into Boston Harbor. The rooms come equipped with all the amenities and two full beds or one king depending on which is funnier.

Food 10/13

Well, you definitely won't starve this week, even if you never leave the hotel. Rowes Wharf Sea Grille offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner with both indoor and outdoor seating. Its afternoon tea is also extremely popular. You can also go for drinks and snacks at the Rowes Wharf Bar starting at 4pm. Or you can stay up in your room and order in.

Dwight was once again sitting at the bar, enjoying a way overpriced drink. He had finally accepted the simple fact that there were no cheap and easy beers to be had anywhere.

And he might as well enjoy some of the finer drinks that were available, considering he would likely not have the chance to for some time- if ever because his wallet certainly couldn't afford this expensive of a pallet.

So he sat with his Ward 8 and an admittedly tasty plate of grilled salmon.

Whether its the 60-foot lap pool, the Pelaton bikes and yoga classes you're all dying to try out, or the spa, the hotel has your fitness needs covered. The gym is open 24 hours, which is very helpful for you insomniac health nuts.

Gym - Late Evening/Early Morning

As predicted Goose ate entirely too much chocolate on the tour and was now rather wide awake and quite hyper so naturally he decided to hit the gym because there wasn’t much point trying to fall asleep.

EXCURSIONS

You're on your own to find restaurants and things to do, but the school has set up an event a night if you'd rather stay with the group! Tonight they've provided two and it has only 75 percent to do with Anakin missing the first chocolate tour.

Northern Lights Sunset Cruise

Enjoy the sites as the sky changes from shades of blues to oranges behind Boston's skyline. While cruising through the evening harbor air, grab a cocktail and appetizers from our bar on the main deck. There will be light commentary on Boston Harbor’s monuments, forts, historical ships, noteworthy buildings, and bridges, which sounds super boring until the USS Constitution shoots off a cannon every night to announce the setting of the sun. So...don't spill your drink right then. Or maybe skip red wine.

Alara decided to try the cruise as a break from trying different restaurants. She wasn’t really paying attention so much to the history part so when the cannon went off she startled and jumped quite visibly and fell over backwards. At least she didn’t fall forwards into the water.

She had never heard a canon before.

This had sounded interesting when Jon reported about it on radio, so he was going to go on it tonight. He'd even try the appetizers and a cocktail.

He'd end up flinching and dropping an appetizer in the water when that cannon went off.

Historical Chocolate Tour

The Old North Church is bringing its historic chocolate program to the hotel for you! Touch, taste, smell, and experience 18th-century chocolate as it was enjoyed by some of Boston’s most famous Revolutionary-era patriots. The program includes hands-on chocolate-making demonstrations, shares historical information about chocolate merchants who were associated with Old North, and offers an interactive educational experience about the triangle trade, how it supported the economy of colonial Boston, and its growth into the city we know today. There is probably no cannon fire in this option.

This option was historical and full of chocolate and Belle couldn't pass that up tonight. It sounded like it was going to be a lovely evening.

Jo had already done both the food tour this morning and the other chocolate tour but she wasn’t passing up another chocolate tour so she was really learning a lot more about American history on this trip.

Goose was all in all likely really going to regret this later since any kind of large amounts of sugary substances had trouble being processed with his bio defenses but that would be a future Goose problem.

Still he’d done the Freedom Trail this morning and he thought the chocolate tour would be something a bit different.
