Without a whole ass marathon to run that day, Gladio was definitely making sure to squeeze in a good morning sesh with the weights and punishing some poor treadmill for a little while before really getting started in the swing of things.
The one downside of having his own room was that he couldn't badger the others about getting their butts up (well, Prompto's butt up; he wasn't sure half the time if Ignis even really slept) to whip them into a workout, too, but, hey, that was on them come next week when they got back to their training as usual.
He couldn't really manage all the weapons training and things like that he usually did in a swanky gym like this, but he'd work with what he had, giving a bro lift of his chin in respect and greeting to any of the other early birds hitting the mats with him.
