Happy Tuesday, everyone! There was a wealth of places to hang out down here now, and a whole community of people doing it, whether they liked it or not.

And don't forget that ceiling divot! They were making good headway up there!

. . . Which mostly served to demonstrate just how deep this weird little hole really was.

Could she always do that? Because that was a thing. And it probably explained that super red outfit from that one weird day.

"So. Magic, huh?"

Space magic! Space magic!

"Magic," she said, looking relieved to see Din alive and well. "I was worried when I heard you disappeared. Then I heard about Rey, then Faye and then I had Grogu but..."

She gestured around to indicate that she now was screwed like the rest of them.

"He's pretty resilient at least," Din sighed. He was definitely going to help blow up the ceiling at this rate.

"He really is," Wanda agreed with a nod. "I'm sorry I couldn't take better care of him."

But at least he hadn't been blipped out of existence, which was more than one could say for Wanda's kids. Improvement!

Oh, definitely an improvement, yes.

"Hopefully we'll get out of here before it happens again."

Or before the kid could showcase some disturbing tendencies.

"Has anything been going on down here?" she asked. "Because above ground...uh, well, people are trying but I don't know if the ideas are any good..."

If she could see Din's expression it would be basically that one 'looking directly at the camera' one of this all being ridiculous and terrible and he got pulled into a heist somehow?

"Mostly it's been a lot of waiting. Though Rey made a divot in the ceiling with her laser sword."

Which he sounded impressed by!

"I guess I could help with that," she said, looking up. "Or, like, shield people from debris."

She looked over his shoulder at the Devil's Nest. "Or get completely wasted if people want me to leave it alone. That too."

"The former would be more productive, but it's hard to gauge where everyone's at right now."

Again. He was in a heist.

"Honestly, considering some people have been down here for weeks this actually looks better than I was expecting," she said. "I've read Lord of the Flies."

Wanda. Wanda, you knew he didn't get that reference.

Yeeeeah.

"...is that a book from around here?"

"Yeah. It's about a bunch of boys who end up stranded on an island," Wanda said. "A couple go nuts and kill the poor heavyset kid."

WAS THIS SOMETHING HE NEEDED TO WORRY ABOUT NOW?

"Well, no one has died so far?" he ventured cautiously. "There was a fight with that pirate guy and the firefighter guy."

Din knew no one's names. Names were for suckers.

IS THERE ANYONE HERE WHO COULD BE NICKNAMED PIGGY?

"I heard. If that's the only fight that breaks out, we'll be lucky," she said. "How have you been? Like, personally."

She hoped he had a little area where he could take his helmet off, at least.

"My ships down here now," he said, gesturing over to the shittiest space ship ever. It wasn't on it's side anymore, so...

"Don't let Faye know I told you the 'fresher on it works."

Because Faye stopped him from sharing that with the group. Which might have been smart. No no one needed Beaker ending up in the carbonite.

Wanda couldn't tell the difference between a good ship and a shitty ship so she was impressed!

"Your secret's safe with me," she said. "I just want to maintain the peace. No Lord of the Flies."
