Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Feet Below Fandom, Saturday
It was another fine day in the Hole. At least, according to any still working clocks another day had gone by. That was about the only way of tracking them down here, other than general bodily signals like hunger.
Speaking of. Travis had decided he'd had enough sad lumping again, and was attempting to Do Something. Since he still didn't have any ideas of how to get out of this hole, he was shifting his focus to the growing crowd of people down here with him instead.
Who was up for a family style spaghetti dinner today?

Life in the hole
Re: Life in the hole
Spaghetti was practically a firefighting tradition, as far as Travis was concerned.
"Shouldn't have eaten that whole baguette," he muttered to himself as the sauce simmered and he considered sides. "I wonder if Hannibal has anything good for garlic bread. . . ."

"Yes," Stark answered, far more eagerly than the suggestion warranted. "Please."

The spaghetti would be appreciated once it was done.

He would be more than willing to scavenge around for non-broken beer.

What he really needed was something to keep him occupied so he'd stop thinking so much about how they were all trapped down here in this hole. For now, he was just walking again. Not quite the anxious pacing from yesterday but it was easier to be moving than it was to keep still.

Looking down at his jacket he smiled seeing the tiny fur ball of a kitten still sleeping in his pocket.
"Probably should get you back to Hannibal soon," he said gently scratching the kittens' head. "Don't want him worrying about where you've gotten off to."
Dwight sat where he was a bit longer, watching everyone moving around and keeping busy in their own ways.
Re: Life in the hole
"I'm assuming you're Dwight?" Because radio had said Hannibal and Dwight and he was pretty sure he could pick Hannibal out of a line up.

"Generally when I invite people to use my guest rooms, they're upright and come with running water," he noted wryly.

"Think it was the doughnuts" he said realizing just how insane that sounded but hey, it was Fandom after all. "At least, seems to be a common thread for people ending up down here if all the talk I've been hearing is any indication. So yeah... sorry about... this" he said waving his hand around absentmindedly.

Now he was finding things to add to dinner to stretch it further. He couldn't blame Travis for stress-cooking, but he wasn't going to sit out at least helping.
So far he'd found a loaf of good sourdough, a few sausages (pork and veal) that could go in the pasta or next to it, and a block of excellent asiago. He brought that and a head of broccoli over to the fire station, along with a few bulbs of garlic and some creamery butter.
And a more than decent bottle of red wine, because he suspected that would go over well.
"Good afternoon." He nodded to Travis and unpacked his items. "I thought this might help."

Because she wasn't sure how geotracking worked but you never knew, right?
She also could take pictures of other people but she was still hot, so.
