Hotel Dann Carlton Quito, Sunday, October 13, 2019 [Quito, Ecuador]

After a slight misadventure through the portals that involved a very surprised Beaker, a show full of Muppets, and Anakin being shot from a cannon (he's fine, but his hair is ruined), the Fandomites arrived in Quito, Ecuador in the late afternoon, which was not enough time to go very far in their explorations, but enough to hit the Parque La Carolina, a 165.5 acre park in the center of Quito and a five minute walk from their hotel, the Dann Carlton Quito. Despite its location near the equator, the temperatures are very fall-like today, hovering around 72F (22C) until it cooled down even further when the sun went down at 6.

"Me? None," Tony insisted. "How many times is it going to show up around us? Enough that any attempt at making it a drinking game will end poorly for my liver."

"Especially if you listen to the radio," Steve said, smiling.

"I dare you to make the joke there." Tony, no.

"I will not," Steve said.

"Spoilsport."

"If I wasn't Captain America, that would definitely be my superhero name," Steve agreed.

"Now that you're no longer Lady Liberty," he teased.

"That was a very, very strange week," Steve said.

"Welcome to Fandom, darling," Tony said, grinning as he leaned in for a quick kiss.

Steve kissed him back. "I missed the beard."

"I missed your shoulders," Tony replied, running his hands over them to emphasize it.

Steve ducked his head, smiling. "Thank you."

"And my lovely pillow that is your chest," he added, thoroughly enjoying Steve's smile.

Steve grinned. "So really the change back is just good for you," he teased.

"Basically." Weren't you so glad you chose this, Steve?

So glad!

Steve kissed the top of Tony's head. "Brat," he said fondly.

"It's getting colder," he insisted, clinging to Steve a little. "I need my super soldier space heater."

Steve laughed. "I would've been a space heater with breasts, too."

"But now there's more of you." Which was important.

Steve wrapped his arms around him, only half joking. "Like to be the little spoon, hmm?"

"I like any variation I can get," tony replied with a laugh. "Sleep better that way."

Steve grinned. "Really?"

"Don't let just anyone share my bed," he teased.

"And I appreciate that," Steve said. "Patriot's still sore about it, though."
