Reykjavík, Iceland, Friday, February 22, 2019 (Friday evening)
We arrive back in Reykjavík and lovely Hotel Thingholt in time for dinner.
And you never have to get back in the minibuses again. We promise! Make sure to thank your guides, than either head up to your rooms, over to the spa, or out into town for nightlife ala Iceland. It's our last evening here, so don't have so much fun that you don't look up at sky for our last glimpse of the Northern Lights for a while.
Still spectacular, huh?

Re: Mod Your Fun
Eventually he found Nauthólsvík Thermal Beach and went to see what that was about. The large sea walls were well built. Beyond them, he could see both sail boats and windsurfers enjoying the breeze and the chill air. A few people had paddleboards. The air was chill enough that steam rose from the thermal part of the pool. Stripping off his boots and rolling up his cuffs, he went for a wade along the curve of the beach's shore. There was a sauna and steam room, and also a deeper hot tub nearby. He could see some people using those but for now he had the beach all to himself, quietly enjoying the varying feel of warm water and cool air against his feet.
