Yes, this was perfect, wasn't it? Water splashing up around them, the scenery shifting not far off; Vette was almost disappointed to see the rocks ahead as they started giving way to caves, because it meant the trip there would have to end. She reminded herself that there would be a trip back, too, and the caves were the entire reason they'd come out this far anyway.
