Oh, the last night at Castle Hotel & Spa. Located 30 miles from Manhattan and a mile and a half from Sleepy Hollow, this beautiful piece of architecture sits majestically atop one of the highest points in Westchester County, and overlooks the Hudson River amid sprawling acres of manicured gardens and grounds. With over 100 years of history, the Castle is a sumptuous escape to the enchanted era of America’s Gilded Age.

HOTEL - Rooms

Students are in Deluxe Rooms located in Carrollcliffe, the newest wing of the Castle with one king-size bed or two queen-size beds whichever is funnier, private bath with a shower/tub combination. The hotel offers the most luxurious imported linens, goose-down comforters, and plush bathrobes (and chocolates on your pillow because they're fancy). Deluxe rooms also include an armoire with a flat-screen HDTV, Tivoli clock radio, Bose sound system and complimentary high-speed internet access.

Teachers and their guests are in Junior Suites, also located in Carrollcliffe. In addition to all of the goodies in the students' room, the teachers get a sitting alcove and a separate tub and shower to relax in. Booyah.

Ever wanted to eat at a five-star Zagat rated restaurant? Ever been glad the school is paying for everything? Then Equus is for you!
Dining options include their celebrated seasonal Prix Fixe tasting menus and the carefully designed a la carte offerings (plus dessert) in three acceptably snooty rooms: The Garden Room, the Oak Room, or the Library.

If you can't wait for dinner service to start at 5:30, there's a Happy Hour menu as well, just in case you're dying to find out what $9 pigs in a blanket taste like.

Steve showed up for dinner in a dark blue sweater and some khakis that Natasha hadn't managed to burn yet and smiled happily at the waitress when she came to take his order.

"No, I want that 50 ounce steak just for me, ma'am," he said. "Really. It'll be fine."

"The caviar and foie gras starters as well," Tony added with his most charming smile. Because he was going to enjoy making Steve eat like a rich person. Mmm. Salted fish eggs. "And lamb for me, please."

Where Fairy Tales Get Grimm introduces a cast of fairy tale characters that will take visitors through the lavishly decorated first floor and basement of Lyndhurst mansion. Guests will meet the Mad Hatter, Merlin, The Queen of Hearts, Rumpelstiltskin and others. Fairy tales are not always what they seem. The Lyndhurst mansion will be specially lighted and with the music and live actors throughout the house, visitors will be able to experience the spectacular gothic castle at night and in a way rarely seen.

Horseman's Hollow

Historic Philipsburg Manor transforms into a terrifying landscape ruled by vampires, witches, undead soldiers, ghouls, and ghosts, all serving the Headless Horseman himself! This is Sleepy Hollow’s premier haunted attraction, right in the heart of the village. Stocked with professional actors and state-of-the-art special effects, Horseman’s Hollow has a very high fear factor.

Cemetery Lantern Tour (10pm-midnight)

Explore the grounds of this beautiful 167-year old cemetery after dark by kerosene lantern light! Your guide will entertain you with stories about the fascinating people resting here in peace, as you soak up the unique atmosphere of being in a cemetery after hours.
