Hopefully everyone's recovered from last night's costume part, because today the ship docked bright and early at the final stop in Mexico: Cabo San Lucas. The ship will leave at 2pm to make sure we get back to LA on time tomorrow, so get in your last minute shopping and dolphin excursions before we get ready to face cold, snow wetness back in Fandom.

...so trying to move to Mexico: also an option if you've gotten used to all the paisley.

The Ship!

Everyone will find their berths on the Aloha Deck, with outside twin rooms (that have either twin beds or a double for your moddable needs) that provide a view of the ocean as it goes past.

The mariachi band is still aboard (and is going all the way to LA, you lucky people!), so the buffets are a little more festive than before.

The Jello stocks still seem to be as high as they were when the cruise started, unfortunately...

Atton had never actually bothered to check this out - he'd had enough on his mind. But today he was bored enough to peek his head in.

Oh space. This was hilarious.

He was going to lurk in the back for a little bit and have a good snicker to himself.

Flick had no idea how to play shuffleboard but that didn't stop him from sitting back and watching people play. It was something light, something easy.

He was still distracted but less so when he had something to watch.

El Arco (the Arch) & Lover's Beach

This majestic rock formation, carved by the ocean currents, is the most recognized landmark in Cabo San Lucas. Located at Land's End, around the corner from Lover's Beach, it is a haven for sea lions.

Grab a picnic from the ship and have a romantic break. Until the sea lions get too close, at least.

Anders had a sack of sandwiches (and a few goodies left over from the kitchen escapade) and a blanket to sit on, and sea lions to watch. All in all, it made for a lovely way to start a day.

Though he learned early not to toss his crusts to the sea lions. He almost started a riot with that particular move.

Toby had been mostly handwavily enjoying the trip so far, and today seemed like a good day for a beach picnic. So he'd slipped a note under Kenzi's door, packed a lunch, and found a good spot to watch for sea lions.

San José del Cabo

Stroll through the historical center of San Jose del Cabo and immerse yourself in the Spanish colonial character and charm preserved in the 18th-century architecture and cultural traditions.

With one last stop before returning to the bustle of the city, Obi-Wan was less inclined to spend the day meditating than he had been, previously. Besides, this seemed like an excellent opportunity to get a taste of local culture.

He strolled, yes. Sometimes he even spoke to people. By the end of the day, he had learned a great deal about traditional life here-- which felt productive and pleasant both at once.

He just hoped that woman he'd spoken to at that one shop would stop following him around...

Kitty hadn't done a ton of actual exploring, in her opinion, so today was the day for that. It was kind of neat to just be able to walk around and take pictures (with a real camera) and look at everything.

It was still kind of great to get a vacation where nothing exploded.

Médano Beach

Cabo's most popular beach and main swimming area, Medano encompasses the east side of the harbor. An abundance of water sports, restaurants and street vendors add lively local color.

You know what, since he was in a better mood today, Atton was going to hit up the beach. Get a drink, sit down, contemplate getting into the water and playing some... whatever it was those people were doing with that ball in the water.

Wait, was that a wannabe speeder flying across the water?

Okay, he was going to have to get on that.

Ronan hadn't slept last night. Luckily, he'd managed to keep any nightmare creatures from infringing on his vacation and his roommate. But, it made him a little crankier for having had to deal with it.

Hopefully a swim would help.
