Welcome to the Mandarin Oriental, one of Kuala Lumpur's most luxurious hotels.

Students are lodged in deluxe park view rooms with great views of KLCC Park and large marble bathrooms, and the chaperones are five floors up in the club park view rooms where they have access to the hotel's club amenities (weekday deli lunch, afternoon tea and evening cocktails) and you kids don't. Neener. Settle in and order room service or go off and explore the hotel!

Sia had come back to the room to change after the pool, but once she was there she started wondering if Atton would mind if she just stayed in to order room service, because she could. At least it wouldn't hurt to look through the menu and make herself hungry.

Okay, so they only have the one, but you can't have everything, right? And the view is pretty stunning.

With a hotel this nice, of course the gym is just as nice, and they offer a variety of classes, including yoga, zumba and Tai Chi, two outdoor tennis courts and indoor golf.

The hotel's grill restaurant specializes in classic international dishes with a delicious, contemporary twist. They transform the best cuts of meats and the finest produce into such dishes such as Black Angus Beef Carpaccio, Organic Lamb Two Ways and 12 Hours Braised Pure Angus Beef Short Rib, just to name a few. Overlooking the lush greenery of KLCC Park, the elegant interior inspires with stunning chandeliers, floor-to-ceiling windows and a cozy fireplace. (Open for lunch and dinner)

Specializing in classic Cantonese delicacies and dim sum specialties, Lai Po Heen is inspired by the great ancestral homes of 19th Century Chinese tycoons. The decor is simply stunning with high ceilings, ornate chandeliers and beautiful parquet flooring. Guests can watch as illustrious chefs showcase their skills in an open kitchen, effortlessly preparing signature delights such as black pepper beef tenderloin and handmade dim sum. One of the best all-day dining restaurants in Kuala Lumpur, Mosaic serves a delicious mix of local and international cuisine, complemented by interactive live cooking stations and a large dessert bar. Presented in cast iron pans, woks and copper pots or served in individual portions, dishes include Indian classics such as tandoori chicken, Japanese sushi and sashimi, and Chinese dim sum and stir-fries. To complete the experience an open kitchen offers authentic barbecued specialties. Featuring a wide choice of Mediterranean-inspired cuisine including salads, sandwiches and light bites, the menu also offers a selection of refreshing drinks ranging from freshly squeezed juices to teas and coffees. Clint had left spring break early, telling Kitty that he had a mission from Fury, and while she wasn't happy about it, she understood when that kind of stuff came up. And hey, it wasn't like she hadn't just been talking about work interrupting vacations a couple days ago.

She'd gone for dinner outside because it was pretty and not cold outside, and was now trying not to look too pouty. Because it was dumb to be pouty.

Subtly decorated with exquisite art and artifacts, Wasabi Bistro features Californian-inspired Japanese cuisine in an informal bistro seating. Diners can choose from a wealth of options, including pan seared tuna, Kobe beef and a large selection of sushi and sashimi. Delight in the rarefied atmosphere of Lounge on the Park, . With floor to ceiling glass windows and plush sofas scattered with cushions, Lounge on the Park showcases a seductive mix of Chinese heritage and classic style. An island bar set beneath oversized hanging lights completes the picture of elegance. An outdoor terrace offers views of the verdant KLCC Park, while a resident pianist serenades guests during the afternoon. Specialising in Afternoon Tea, the menu features 60 premium teas as well as cocktails, juices and coffees. The English Afternoon Tea features delicate finger sandwiches, warm scones served with jam, clotted cream and orange marmalade, and a platter of miniature cakes, tartlets and macaroons. Guests can also order a la carte dishes and desserts including sandwiches, burgers and pastries. (Open 8am until 1am)

The servers probably thought she was just really into authentic Afternoon Tea when Rilla arrived in her long white dress and enormous straw hat, but that was pretty much what she wore all the time.

She was thoroughly enjoying her scones and clotted cream and a delightful cup of tea and would welcome company.

Featuring an opulent décor, comfortable sofas and soft mood lighting, Casbah is the perfect place to enjoy late night cocktails and light bites. A modern reflection of an Arabian lounge, Casbah complements the chic and sophisticated Sultan Lounge while allowing guests to move freely between the venues. (Open from 6pm until 3am)

With an ultra chic, contemporary décor, Sultan Lounge is a stunning late-night lounge and club. Enjoying the feel of an opulent Arabian tent with tented alcoves and a triple-height water feature overlooking an opaque bar, it’s chic and sophisticated. Offering a mix of cocktails, mocktails, wines and champagnes, Sultan Lounge also serves a selection of delicious canapés such as freshly shucked oysters and caviar. With nightly DJs spinning the hottest club music from a gold-plated booth, Sultan Lounge is the place to be in Kuala Lumpur. (Open 10pm until 3am)

Cade tried out the Sultan Lounge tonight (they had him at caviar until he actually tried the stuff. Gross.), lounging in the corner with a ridiculously expensive gin and tonic that he'd charged to his great-grandfather's suite because he was classy that way.

This was a place Maddie had decided sounded interesting, and then she decided that it wasn't really her sort of thing. So she was really glad to see someone she knew here.

"Didn't think I'd see you here," she greeted him.

"I tried a different place last night," Cade said with a little shrug. "It had the most expensive burger ever."

This place has caviar, Cade.

"Okay, I'd be more out of my league there than I am here," he decided.

"I don't know," Cade said. "This place just has a vibe of trying too hard. The other one's more relaxed."

"That'll teach me to try something new." She was mostly joking. "Are they actually serving you here?"

Cade nodded. "I think it's the tattoos," he said. "Want me to get you something?"

"Uh, sure," she said. "I can just have whatever you're having. Hopefully that's a good idea."

"Why wouldn't it be?" Cade asked with a smile, waving down a bartender and getting another gin and tonic.

"You kinda seem like someone who could drink paint thinner and be fine?" she said. Was that bad to tell someone?

Probably to someone normal, but Cade looked pleased. "I probably could. Haven't tried it, though."

"Please don't," Maddie said.

"Not when the drinks are this good," Cade promised.

"That's... encouraging on the drink front," she decided.

Seriously, Cade, don't drink paint thinner.

Nah, he'd make meth first. His chemistry class was very enlightening.

He handed it to her as the bartender brought it over. "Now should we mess with the DJ and ask for terrible songs?"

"Does that mean we have to listen to the terrible songs?" Probably, Maddie, yes.

"Only if he'd play them," Cade said. "I think we'll probably be insulting his artist vision for the night."

"What, you don't think his vision involves Ke$ha?" Did they have her here?

Cade snorted. "I'll get the next round too if you get him to do it."

"Oh, that's a bet," she said, and got up to go talk to the DJ.

It involved first asking shyly/nicely and then using her amazing Disappointed face when he said no, but after a couple minutes she came back smiling as that stupid Cannibal song came on.

Cade burst out laughing. "Well done," he said. "Did you have to promise him boobs?"

Classy.

"No," Maddie said immediately. "It's called asking nicely."

And being sorta manipulative.

"I've never tried that."

Go figure.

"You should try it. See if it works." It might not, as Maddie was an adorable girl, but she didn't know that.

"I don't think I can hit on a guy in order to make him play Bieber," Cade replied.

"Never know unless you try," Maddie shrugged.

Cade shrugged and wandered over.

A few minutes later he came back with a sheepish grin on his face. "He absolutely won't play Bieber. We compromised on One Direction."

MO Bar is a classically cool cocktail bar with an elegant interior and wonderfully relaxed ambience. Home to one of the best and largest selections of single malt whiskies in Kuala Lumpur, the bar also serves a choice of cocktails, mocktails, wines and spirits. In addition, guests can choose from a variety of delicious snacks including smoked mozzarella fritters, Alaskan crab cakes and wagyu burgers. Hanna was striking out on her own tonight, heading to the Bridge Bar. Exclusive, quiet, and classy sounded quite her speed.

And if not, she was bound to find somebody rude.

If you caught her in the lobby, she'd be wearing a lovely Armani suit with a dark blue silk shirt and looking dressed to kill.
