The deluxe beach view rooms have stunning views of the world-famous Copacabana Beach. The adults' rooms even feature Juliet-style balconies! All have king or twin beds, en-suite bathrooms which feature a tub with shower, air conditioning and high-speed internet for those students who would get twitchy without it. Peter.

At the poolside Pérgula Restaurant, guests can enjoy an extensive breakfast buffet, buffet or à la carte lunch and al fresco dinners in relaxed surroundings. Tables are available both in the air-conditioned restaurant, or on the terrace overlooking the legendary Copacabana swimming pool.

Tara randomly woke up starving today, so her plate was piled high with fruit, pastries, and a dozen or so strips of bacon. She took a table on the terrace and contemplated her options for later in the day.

Gabrielle had considered hang gliding.

For all of three seconds. No dangling in mid-air for her, thank you, not without six feet of leather-and-bronze-clad Warrior Princess to act as the most reliable safety net in the universe, because usually that meant she was getting kidnapped or held hostage or something.

Not on her vacation.

She opted for a quiet morning, a late brunch, and a book (http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/quiet-mind-open-heart-laura-wright/1012502113) out on the terrace of the restaurant, pausing every now and then to scribble some notes down in the little notebook she'd brought along only because a scroll was a bit unwieldy to spread out on the table with coffee and a hefty plate of food.

With the amount of 'crawling in at dawn to nap and eat' that Seifer was doing, he could possibly get a reputation.

Not that he cared, but still.

For the moment, he was communing with a cup of coffee, sunglasses already in place, while he stared at the pool. At some point, he'd get to the mound of food on his plate.

Really, it was a miracle Peter had gotten out of his room. After all, he'd vowed that yesterday's three-hours-with-Kenzi was all the time he really had to sacrifice to things that weren't nearly as important.

And then the headache set in.

So, now he was spending some valuable Locke-gained dollars by getting a massage in an attempt to alleviate his problems. Okay, so maybe he could use a break - he just couldn't afford it.

Much more than the hour or so he was spending here, anyway.

Miley knew she shouldn't have trusted anyone but her normal stylist to touch her hair. But she had. And it was a terrible, terrible mistake.

Because now her hair was blonde. And she did not want that at all.

"I can't be blonde!" she yelped to the poor confused hairdresser, looking in horror at her very Hannah Montana-like locks. "I need a towel! Or a hat or something! Hurry!"

Oh, Miley. Settle.

Copacabana Palace - Pool

The magnificent swimming pool at the Copacabana Palace has long drawn stars and royalty alike to sunbathe, swim and socialize. Everyone from Bruce Wayne to Tony Stark has been seen soaking up the sun around the Copacabana pool, which is open 24 hours a day, and features no monkeys.

Ender took up a spot by the pool early in the morning, as had become his routine. Really, the vacation had been... sort of nice, but it had offered him nothing of the reclusiveness quiet of the Hawaii trip, and he was starting to feel restless again.

Still, the swim put him in a better mood, at least.

Steps away from the hotel is one of the most famous beaches in the world where it might not be relaxing to lay out and catch the sun's rays, but it will definitely never be boring.

Though it might be able to use a little clean-up.

After spending maybe a little too much time by the hotel yesterday, Bruce decided to change things up this morning and get his morning run in on the beach instead of on a treadmill. It was a little less of a controlled environment than he preferred while on vacation, but he could deal with that for the view.

And after the run, he may have taken a slight break to lounge around the beach for a while.

Though she'd been here just last night with the dragons, Dany found herself on the beach again today. Her skin was growing more and more tan, contrasting nicely with her (no longer greenish) hair and reminding her of how she once looked, nearly a year ago.

However, today was less for lounging, and more for play. While she did have a towel and had purchased some darkened glasses, she found herself drawn to the ocean. It was enough like her own Narrow Sea that she had to wade in, a bit, splashing lightly in the waves and enjoying the normalcy of the water after her days at the pool.

Quinn had picked up a new bikini the day before, and how better to show it off than taking it to the beach? She took a nice, long walk before finding the perfect spot, spreading out her towel, and lying down to soak up the sun.

Chuck had somehow managed not to get much of a tan at all this holiday. Sitting in the sun tended not to end well for him.

Which would be why now he'd worked up to doing just that, he had layers and layers of sunscreen.

Sometimes you wanted to go out and do things. Sometimes you just wanted to have a lazy day.

Today the latter option won out for Stephanie, who had cheesy sunglasses and a cheesier beach towel and a comfy spot sprawled out on the sand.

Had to do that at least once while she was in (holycrapholycrapohgodwheeeeeeee) Rio, right?

It would be wrong to be in Brazil and not go to the beach once, so Annie found a spot to relax with a book while wearing a modest one-piece. And maybe to feel a tiny bit inadequate around the bikini-clad.

Rio de Janeiro - Corcovado Express Tour

This tour begins with a drive through Tijuca Forest, the biggest urban forest in the world, to the top of the Corcovado Mountain. There, passengers will enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Rio de Janeiro and see Christ the Redeemer Statue, one of the new seven world’s wonders. On the way back we’ll drive along Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, which passes through Copacabana and Ipanema beaches.

The tour starts at 9 AM sharp and lasts three hours.

Rio de Janeiro - Hang Gliding over the City

Jumping from Pedra Bonita Ramp, you will have one of the most beautiful sights of the city. For an average time of 10 minutes, you will fly over Sao Conrado, Sugar Loaf and some beaches. You can still take pictures and videos that will make your flight unforgettable.
