At the other side of the portal ~~post to be linked tomorrow~~, everyone would find themselves standing on top of

a large cliff with a castle behind them. Even with the clouds and light rain, it was still an inspiring sight.

"Whoa." Dawn couldn't help but stare at the gorgeousness. "Somebody sold their soul for real estate, and I'm not sure that I blame them." She glanced around at her friends and grinned. "I think that's where we're going, but maybe there's a greeting party or something? We get a bit distracted sometimes."

[ooc: Posted early for slow play and time zones. Massive OCD ~~on the way~~ is up! Feel free to add OCD threads in the proper place if I forgot something. Vampire hunting will go in a different post and will be posted tomorrow (or late tonight, maybe), so we don't break browsers. It's a bit small at the moment, but there's lots of ~~boring~~ good stuff to read.

Huge, well-equipped, and probably with one or two ~~NPC~~ slayers training. Also includes the ~~completely moddable~~ weapons locker.

People gotta eat, right? Anything but haggis.

Medium-size room, well-ventilated, kind of looks like a cross between a chemistry lab and the Magic Box

No falling off the cliff, omg! With this group, the world ending is definitely a possibility.

Considering this is the second place she's ever been outside of her time period, Mel is pretty much shocked.

"Is everything on this earth so... green?" she asked looking amazed.

Molly had never seen anything like this before and was doing her own fair share of staring. "So cool!" she said with awe.

Mel tosses her bag on the bed and checks for the 20th time if it's dark outside yet.

After having spent the last month on either a ship or on various border moons, most of which were dry and dusty, the sea, rain and green mountains was an appreciated change. Enjoying the feeling of rain soaking through her dress, River smiled. "Beautiful."

River put her bag on one of the beds and began to examine the room thoroughly, starting with looking under the bed and proceeding to opening all the drawers.

"Next place for you to visit is definitely a big city," Dawn laughed, "there's pollution and traffic and garbage and all the non-green things. Oooh, plus? Crime."

Mel smirked at that. "Gee. Throw in a gang of lurks and some flying cars and it sounds just like home."

Mel looked again at the scene and took a breath of air.

"Rocketship."

Okay moment's over.

"So. Where's the lurks?"

"Still daytime," Dawn pointed out.

"Maybe they're wearing sunscreen?" Mel suggested hopefully.

Molly chuckled as she noticed Mel looking out the window. "Maybe the vampires here come out before sunset?"

"Like I told Dawn. Maybe they're wearing sunscreen," Mel joked.
