Scully had SPF 50 on, a hat, sunglasses, and an impromptu veil for modesty, if she was going to need it. Also so people wouldn't stare at the sunglasses and wonder where the hell she was from. But fair-skinned red-heads needed all the protection they could get in this heat and glare.

She was surreptitiously taking photos, because how could you not?
